Ordered 5 fragrances, got them all in brand new packaging for half the price! I live in Australia and it took a week to arrive

I ordered Mancera Aoud Lemon Mint and Versace Eros Flame(Tester Bottle) for an absolute banger of a price. Cheapest prices you could find online. I placed the order on 29/30/2024 and got delivered to Australia on 19/04/2024(3 weeks). Communication is excellent. They got back to me really quick regarding my email about the delay in processing my order which was great. I can't really understand why there's so much negative reviews about this store on trustpilot. I had an excellent experience. Anyways, this going to be my go to place for buying perfumes even if it takes 3 weeks to get it delivered all the way from US to Australia. Although, I wish the shipping costs were a bit low.

I ordered Versace Eros Parfum 6.7oz from this company on 4/10/24. This company sent Versace Eros EDP 6.7oz to me. I immediately contacted the company via email, (they do not have a phone number to call). I emailed pictures of the package showing the wrong product. The company replied and said they would give me a 25% discount on the wrong product or I should return the wrong product for a full refund. I responded that I would return the wrong product and asked for return label. The company has failed to send the return label despite numerous emails. This is very alarming. First they sent me the wrong product and secondly they are refusing to send a return label. Buyers Beware. I am filing a dispute with my bank.

I ordered my favorite perfume at a discounted price. A got it a day earlier than expected delivery. Legit I've ordered from here many times in the past never no problems so yeah. That's my review and the perfume was filled to the top no space. Awesome website to order from. Highly recommend.

They’ll advertise items and you’ll never receive them along with it taking nearly 2 weeks to get a refund. Avoid doing business with them - they are super shady with terrible customer service

I was very pleased with my recent experience with Fragrance Shop. Prices were very fair as was delivery service! Using an online service is not always consistent in either category but Fragrance Shop is an exception. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

awfully!!! I made my order more than one maunth ago after that I got one email from them about they don't have one product in stock, asked me what I would like to get full refund or only for one product which is out of their stock, I said that I am waiting for one perfume and they can refund me for second perfume. After that I didn't get my perfume, it's still not shipped and I didn't get refund! They are keeping ignore all my emails. Just stolen my money. Please avoid this store!
