I was skeptical about ordering from these guys because of the poor ratings here and on scamadvisor. But I gave it a go, for science. The shipping isn't express but it was a reasonable amount of time. About a week and a half to a US address. Seems like most complaints are from international orders. The fragrance is 100% authentic and at a bargain! Will use fragranceshop.com again.

This is my second time ordering. I bought the sample of Fendi for woman. I really liked it. I also wanted the bath gel, lotion and oil and just received it.I am satisfied with my orders, and I will also order again. I will recommend this business. This is a great duplicate of the original fragrance and I felt excited and elegant to step out with my favorite vintage scent. I smell like money and got compliments as I left my trail of smell good walking by

I've purchased my perfumes multiple times from Fragrance Shop and it never disappoints. The scent is beautifully balanced – not too overpowering, but it lasts all day. I always get compliments when I wear it, and it has truly become my go-to fragrance. The packaging is elegant, and the quality has remained consistent with every bottle. Despite the distance (from USA to Australia) they were still able to manage the delivery on time. Fragrance Shop is highly recommendable to my family and friends. I never regret to purchase from them despite of the bad reviews i have read. Good thing that i still trust my instinct. Kudos to you Fragrance Shop. This company deserves a 10/10 ratings👌👌👌

Spend $130 on a fragrance called montale black aoud and they sent me a fragrance called AFNAN which is worth $40 and proceeded to not reply to any of my attempts to reach them and resolve the situation.

Never Opened – Terrible Customer Service & Return Policy Extremely disappointed. I had to threaten to dispute the charges just to get a response from customer service bc You can't return anything without an authorization number. Their return/refund policy is awful — I paid around $15 to send back completely unopened items, only to have $9 deducted from my refund because my order was under $95. Seriously?!! That’s ridiculous!

Do not trust. They said item was shipped- but it never arrived. No refund. No help. They didn’t insure the package and wouldn't replace. Beware and don’t buy here. Paid full price and received nothing

I ordered two perfumes which I opened on my return from work. The external packaging was intact and undamaged and all looked ok inside. It wasn’t until I opened the internal packaging of the Gucci rush that I saw that the product had leaked and the bottle sprayer didn’t close fully. I’m not sure how much product has spilt as the bottle isn’t clear. I discharged the packaging not thinking an issue and made contact with the fragrance shop the next morning as they were closed on receipt. I’m being told that they can’t assist as I don’t have all the packaging and that they spoken to their warehouse who state that my order was curled packaged before transport. Of course they’re going to say that. Ultimately this is a manufacturing issue as the bottle internally isn’t correct but as a paying customer I’m left out of pocket?!

Cannot give 0 stars but this feels like a scam. Ordered perfume for a gift to be delivered. They messed the initial order up. I ordered again for delivery to the post office. Post office rejected and sent it back to them. They're now telling me it takes 18 days to process the return and cant be cancelled until its back at their warehouse. I haven't even touched the product and now its tied up with some protocol. Ill have to order elsewhere. Customer service is in South Africa and cant even put me through to manager. They said it takes 72 hours for someone to get back to me. Funny I placed the order less than 72 hours ago
