Do not waste your money. Horrible company and customer service. They took my money, but never sent the product.

Please do not buy this product. I have been going back and forth with this company in the past two days. I have never had any reaction to any cosmetics before. I had a bad reaction. Aprox 2hrs after application I had swollen eyelids, burning skin sensations and dry irratable skin on the 4th day. The pharmacist said it was either high alkaline or acidity in the product. I took photos of the reaction and gave explanations and offered to send the product back to where ever it came from. They basically apologised and apologized for me having supposedly high expectations as a customer, they will take no responsibility for anything and they have no offered any refund. They have basically taken my money hor nothing. Very disappointed and will never shop there again. I will continue to put my experience out there, and hopefully save others from wasting there health, time and money.

extremely disappointed, i have been using this serum for 2 months and there is no difference to expect one that i have losing my eyelash hair. SUCH A BIG REGRET OF MY LIFE USING THIS USELESS SERUM.

I was skeptical about this but have tried numerous expensive and inexpensive serums before and I saw hardly any changes, if it all. Figured I’d try this because I was desperate for my brows and hairline to become full again. It took awhile to get the order (2.5 weeks) but after 6 weeks of use, it’s working for me. I will hopefully have another good experience with my next order.

Absolutely horrible company and horrible customer service. I never received the order I placed and after reaching out to customer service they told me to "wait a few more days".. it had already been 4 weeks since the order was placed. I waited a few more days and reached out again, no reply. I have contacted them 3 more times since then, asking for a refund of my money since no order was ever received and they will not reply to my messages. They will take your money and never deliver the product. Do NOT do business with this company.

Do NOT order from this company!It’s been more than a month since I placed my order and I still have not received anything.I emailed them a couple of times asking for a refund but the only answer I’ve got is that they don’t do refund, and not to worry cuz my order it’s on the way. They say it’s taking 3-5 days for the website to update the tracking details but the last update was on 13 of June,a month ago! It’s a totally SCAM! Shame on you FORCHICS!!

I was scammed! I read all these good reviews on this ad that popped up in my Facebook feed, and I was so convinced by all the good reviews, and my mistake was to make that purchase before I googled up for more reviews, sigh... now it says my package is being sent from China??! when their company is based in Los Angeles?? What BS is this? So I made a dispute with my bank, and hopefully I can get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I should've done my research... I'll NEVER purchase from FORCHICS again. I ordered 2 and a half weeks ago and I still haven't received it although its supposedly "on its way". Now im not even looking forward to my order cause of all the bad reviews I am reading on this site. I was fooled by all the good reviews on their instagram ad but I learned my lesson... and it wont happen again! enjoy my money, scammers ;)
