When I purchased the mascara the shipping details had automatically put in my wrong address which I didn’t realise. Although when I was notified it was shipped, I had emailed forchics multiple times explaining and they disregarded what had actually happened. I never received the mascara nor did I get my money back!!!!

Such a horrible company its been a month since i placed my order and i still have not received anything. Very angry just want my money back but not sure if ill even get it back

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE!!! Fraud! They take your money and do not ship items! If you email them they give you a dog and pony show they are back ordered, they ran out of stock etc. We will contest this order on our credit card but Do yourself a favor do not buy from this company!!!

Such a shame that I was taken in by all the ‘good’ reviews that are clearly fake. I’ve been using the serum for 3 weeks now have have seen no results whatsoever! A complete waste of money- I should have read these genuine (bad) reviews first. They’ve just taken down their original Facebook page (with bad reaction!) and created a new one. Awful company!

If I could leave 0 stars I would... I ordered the eyelash serum from them 6/11...It has been over a week now and They supposedly shipped it out to me, tracking # included I've emailed them multiple times that the tracking showed item was in Hawthorne and not moving...Daniela kept telling me that delays are out of their control and sometimes happen... I tracked the item using the Tracking# for details and it showed USPS was awaiting the package STILL 9 days later... What B S is this ! At this point I do not even want the package anymore, but my 39$ Not cool...I should've done my research on this company first... What a disappointment. Shame on you Forchics... You will get what you deserve ********

Sent multiple emails as I never received my order and requested for a refund. Horrible follow up on their end, never received a refund and it has been over a month. I do not recommend this !

Shady Business Behavior- I never received the product I paid for and they refuse to provide a refund because it creates disturbance with their fulfillment team. They allege they want to make the customer happy, but I'm not happy AT ALL. It's about two day transit from their (supposed) warehouse to my residence. I purchased the item on 6/6 and it's now 6/18. Tracking shows the package never even made it to the courier. When I informed them of this, I was instructed to file a claim with USPS; as if that's going to resolve the issue. My guess is that it's still sitting in their warehouse and I'm out $20+.
