I have been using for 8 weeks now and my lashes are insanely long and beautiful. My lashes were almost nonexistent. I get compliments almost everyday. Love this serum!

I just placed an order and I was shocked that it has charged to my credit card yet their website say security code does not match with my card. How could it be possible? I've paid for nothing!!!!!!! BUYERS PLEASE BECAREFUL!!

I've been using this serum for 6 weeks and it hasn't done a single thing it claimed. My eyelashes look the same length. Back to my expensive serum as I know that works. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

I purchased some eyelash serum from here and got it in a couple weeks!! And I noticed a difference with my eyelashes. Not HUGE but definitely growth... it’s been just 4 weeks and full results at 8 weeks. I placed another re order on more. Fingers crossed it’s coming after reading some bad reviews... but so far so good? :)

DONT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE! this product made my eyes swell and my eyelid bruise. it hurts to blink! I’m so upset because they wil not rectify this and they willl NOT publish my review on their site.

Terrible company - I read some of the negative reviews on here just as I placed an order. I emailed immediately (within less than 5 minutes of placing the order) to cancel and they refused to refund me and have stopped answering emails. See their response below. I got another autogenerated email some hours later saying my package was being prepared and there was still space, trying to sell me additional items, obviously nullifying their already nonsensical excuse about it being shipped immediately and a refund activating their fraud systems (!!). My fraud system has been activated, let me tell you! Especially outrageous in light of the fact many users report never receiving their items. Absolutely disgusting given they have a supposed cancellation and refund policy, as well as being illegal. They list their address as LA and on closer inspection appears to be listed as Malaysia. I have had to report this to my bank and cancel my card due to the actions of this company. I will be raising a dispute in order to get a refund via my bank. This is fraud pure and simple and they shouldn't be allowed to trade. I have also reported the company to Facebook and Instagram. Stopping responding to emails is obviously their default tactic when their BS fails... Don't buy it, don't buy from them and don't fund their fraudulent activities. "I have checked your order and it seems that it’s being packed as we speak. We understand that sometimes you need more time, but at ForChics, we try our best to ensure all order goes out quickly to our customers. This means that even if you made the order 5 minutes ago, it could've been packed and shipped out from the warehouse a few minutes later. For this reason, we're unable to initiate the refund as it would trigger our fraud backend system. Our policy states that items that have been processed and shipped could not be refunded to ensure our processing and fulfillment schedules run smoothly."

This company is complete trash and I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order 2 weeks ago that has yet to be shipped or even processed. So I emailed them asking for a refund because at this point, I don’t care to get the product anymore and Michaela gave me a tracking order and the run around about how my order was already shipped, even though the tracking number she gave me states otherwise. Needless to say I called her out on her lie and she’s been ignoring me ever since. I will be claiming this as a fraud charge to my bank to get my money back.
