I ordered on the 10.10 24 and paid £5 for delivery which stated 3 business working days for delivery.Didn’t actually receive the item until the 18.10.24 even though the item was dispatched on the 11.10.24 according to the tracker it didn’t arrive to my local Royal Mail office until the 17.10.24.Does not seem i am the only customer to have experienced this.

I'm writing an updated review. I was unhappy before because when I first started using the lash serum it worked so well. When I bought again with the new formula, I didn't have any results. I switched to GrandeLash and absolutely love it but it's expensive & I ran out. I had a unopened box of the ForChics brow serum that I had bought previously & decided to use it on my lashes just to see. Well, this time I can definitely see results! I'm wondering if last time was user error because before I was putting my eye cream all over my eyes including my eyelids. This time, to give it a fair second chance, I decided that maybe I shouldn't put my eye cream anywhere near my lashes. I'm still kind on skeptical because I went through 2 whole bottles of the new formula and it did nothing but this time with the brow serum on my eye lashes & no eye cream, it worked 🤔

I bought one year ago for the first time the serum to grow my eyelashes and had really good results, my lashes looked like extensions I was very happy. I didn’t continue the treatment until recently that I bought again a new bottle and found out they changed the recipe. After two months of daily application, I saw ZERO changes. So I asked for the refund, which I got a couple months after making the request. I appreciate that they respect their grow guarantee.

I'm very relieved to have received my brow serum today. Thanks For Chics it seems you had sent the product and it was very slow to arrive. My photos are taken and I will update with progress soon.

I’ve been using this eyelash serum for about 6 month now. It was working just fine and until I started to get red puffy, flaky, dry, itchy skin around the eyes. I took a a break from it, but now my lashes went back to normal?? A bit upset. Wasted a lot of money

Hi, i previously bought the eyelash serum and was very happy with it. Now i want to order more and it says you don't deliver here(Australia). Is Australia's one of the countries you have stored shopping to?

Voor nu alleen 3 sterren, puur omdat het in ieder geval nog redelijk snel is binnengekomen! Ik had het 3 maart besteld en kreeg hem vandaag binnen! Ben benieuwd :)

I just order 2 and I've read good things about this stuff, I'm only give it 3 stars NOW....... BUT I will be back and give my review as to HOW Long it took to get to me since I have free shipping for ordering more than one it came to $49, but it was discounted for ordering more than 1...... Soooo I'll be back to let you guys know HOW well it improved my eyebrows OR not ....... I'm looking forward to better eyebrows
