Sometimes, there are very rare cases of extreme delays which none of us ever hoped for to happen especially for our customers. We would always help our customer by keeping in touch with the courier regarding their order. There might be an unexpected event that happened which is causing these delays. It could either be: - Forces of nature, mechanical issues, human error, or political issues. - There are additional checks (e.g. custom checks) done by various countries.
