SCAM - I ordered this product in good faith after seeing the advert and positive comments on FB. The money was taken from my account months ago and despite numerous emails the product has never arrived. I have asked for a refund on several occasions but according to FORCHICS and their "standard replies" once the product reaches the UK it is then my responsibility to find out where it is/what has happened to it? Therefore no refund.... I thought the product came from the USA but now I believe it comes from China.

I regret not researching the company more before purchasing. I bought it after heavy Instagram advertising, lots of great reviews with photos and a discount when I left the product in my cart and didn’t buy at first. The lash serum took 1 week to arrive via international shipping via Singapore with signature courier. I picked it up a week later because the courier tried to deliver while I was at work. Firstly there is no packing slip which I would normally expect with a purchased order. It was also listed as a Gift and valued at $6 on the customs sticker - I definitely paid $23 for just the product. It was wrapped in heaps of bubble wrap but when I took the box out it looked like someone had forcibly opened it at the bottom. When I opened it all the way and took it out, the bottle was dirty with some crust near the edge where you unscrew it. The warnings on the enclosed instructions aren’t grammatically correct which is weird considering it’s an American company. I’m worried that the product isn’t as advertised, has been opened and used or tampered with. Given the bad reactions people are having, I’m not keen to put this near my eyes. I’ve emailed them about the damaged product but I’m concerned that I won’t get a refund given the reviews here. I’ll update if I hear back... Update: I emailed with customer services and had a really good experience. They offered a new lash serum, then a gift card for the price of the product. When I said I preferred a refund, they did minus shipping. So not 100% money guarantee but it was a result I’m ultimately happy with. Binning the product - cus I’m still suspicious - but bumping up to 3 stars (imho would give it 3.5 if I could) for the great customer care.

Just sharing my experience so far... After seeing an ad on Facebook and then reading reviews I made an order. Then I silly enough came on here after to read a lot of bad reviews and also seen a few bad reviews on Instagram... I tried to cancel my order though PayPal but it had already went through then when I went on to resolution centre I could open a case but only if i didn't receive the item. So I decided to go with it. I got confirmation that my items had been shipped the following day along with a tracking code which I copied and pasted in to royal mail were it said they were waiting for my parcel. A few days later royal mail was updated to say they had it in their warehouse and just today I received my parcel (7 days later) . Shipping was from China which I find weird as I thought it was American? However, the packaging etc is the exact same as what has been advertised. Does it work?? I am going to try it for a few months and then update on here as our bodies are different so I expect if it does work I should definitely see results within that period of time. The 4 stars are for item received and packaged as in the ad and for tracking but minus 1 star as it came from China. My next review will be on the item itself.

I noticed some reviews mentioning that there are delays with the shipment but mine is good so far! Definitely will reorder again.

STAY AWAY WORST COMPANY EVER! HONESTLY DO NOT BUY! THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS AND PURPOSELY DONT PUBLISH ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO MISLEAD YOU! I LEFT 10 NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THEY DIDNT PUBLISH A SINGLE ONE EDIT: THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL BUT I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS AND THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED. Made a PayPal case as their product caused swelling and redness and this is what another reviewer put and I had exactly the same experience: You would think from this result they would refund me as per their 100% guarantee. They did not. Refused to and said I could have a $20 voucher to buy something from their range. I replied saying that would not work for given adverse reaction I’ve had to their product. I reiterated I wanted my money back as per their guarantee. Never heard from them again. They are a scam and their guarantee is fake, as per guarantee I should get full refund but no they are not giving me one

I bought this product because of all the great reviews on Facebook so I bought 2 lash serums only to do more research and realizing the Facebook reviews are fake!!! The ingredients are basically crap and made my eyelashes swell up ... don't buy it anyone who says it's great are lying

I have been using the eyelash serum for over 5 months and I’ve ordered 2 on 2 separate occasions without any issues with shipping. For the 1st time in my life I have long eyelashes! This stuff is amazing! All I can say is you gotta give it a chance. It will be at least a month before you start to see results. The best things come to those who wait as they say.
