I had a subscription with this company. I recently changed my subscription to different products, which I received about two weeks ago. Yesterday I got a charge confirmation for the previous subscription that I have since changes and already received. I contacted the company immediately. They sent a passive aggressive email about how transparent they are and said they would not cancel it, even though it has not shipped. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card. Thankfully there are PLENTY of reviews on here showing that this is a normal practice for this company. There are tons of lash serums out there Spend your money at a company that has integrity.

It is a scam!!!!!! I don’t need this product anymore and I did inactive the subscription. However it keeps sending me something I don’t need every 3 months. I did contact them last time regarding the subscription, and they said they can’t do anything. I even can’t delete my payment information. If they don’t refund me this time, I will definitely fight for it!!!!

I ordered ONE product ONE time and now they just keep resending it every...single...month and of course charging me for it. I have written them (they offer NO phone number for customer service) multiple times and they must be deaf and dumb. No response, no nothing. And they just keep sending me this product and charging for it. They should be put out of business for their practices and deviant methods!

IT'S A SCAM. Placing an order you actually subscribe for your order to be repeated. I read that it has happened to other people, too. When I saw they are preparing a new order for me, I immediately wrote them. Even though "my order" (I didn't order it, though) was not packed and not sent out, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND! They say their system doesn't enable refunding! That is impossible.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! when you order, you do not realize you're signing up for a subscription. They send it to you every couple of months and make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription!!!!!!!
