I had a great experience with flybreeze they helped me through a very complicated circumstance when I missed my flights due to hospitalization and took my word for it even through text message. They provided me a full refund and helped me through the whole thing from getting my flight credits to the correct account to going over with me how to view them even though it was a flight I had purchased a month prior. They were extremely compassionate and told me they understand that things happen.thank you flybreeze !

JUST TERRIBLE WILL NEVER BE WHAT SPIRIT WAS! cant just pay the difference to change a flight need to cancel and rebook. Customer service is awful would be more useful speaking to a Dog.

We had a great experience on our entire flight today! The flight attendants, Kassie, Vivian, & Sydney were extremely kind and helpful! They really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was stress free! That’s always a bonus when you’re traveling with little kids! And of course, thank you to our captain and co-captain for getting us to our destination safely! We would definitely fly Breeze again! Thank you to the entire team we had today! Marie

I will never booked with breeze way. Unprofessional the flight was hot. They give snacks to only first class. They couldn’t give yiu a bottle of water they had a large bottle of water pull you some in a cup no ice no nothing they say they didn’t have Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi was lit up. They didn’t share it. We was on a flight for three hours with no Wi-Fi someone stole our stuff out our bag you can’t even get in touch with them. They have no phone number. No nothing. I definitely won’t be flying with them again.

The breeze flight was great. Unfortunately i also booked my car rental through their appand i eneteres a Seinfeld episode. They took my reservation but dis not have a car available when i arrived to get my car.

The experience was terrible. It was eight of us. Wasn't going to make the connecting flight in tampa?So we drove home. That would have been the last flight out until thursday. Dumb s*** never fly the airline again

I love Breeze's concept, but the reality is a chaotic mess. Our recent flight was a comedy of errors. They canceled our flight, split up our group, took our paid seats, and forced us onto the worst backup option available.The worst part? Zero human customer service. You are totally relegated to a buggy app when everything falls apart. To top it off, they claimed our flight was canceled, but our luggage magically arrived at the destination on that very flight. Avoid the stress—book with an airline that actually provides support.

My daughter flew to Tampa 4 days ago and Breeze lost her luggage. They have ZERO phone customer support and ask you to use their app to resolve issues. The problem with that is we have yet to receive a human being response. This is terrible customer service to be stranded in an area without your luggage and no communication from Breeze. Warning: Don't ever fly Breeze!!!
