I am very disappointed in their customer service. I attempted multiple ways to get a call back to speak with someone. Each time they refused to assist me, stating they do not speak with their customers over the phone. They will only help through text messaging or email. Their main reason is so there team members can have multiple conversations at once. This just shows that they do not view their customers as people. More as numbers and statistics.

Took flight 511 out of Las Vegas today to Southwest Florida. We got delayed because President Trump was in the area and stayed at the gate an extra 45 minutes. After which they started loading the luggage onto the airplane. I got to southwest Florida and they forgot to put in my bag and many others on our aircraft. What a terrible experience. I will never fly Breeze again. And I’m canceling my credit card.

Worst experience ever on breeze airline the steward called the police had me escorted off the plane because I asked Where was the cream for my coffee? He stated he couldn’t find it and then laughed. I didn’t think it was a joke. I told him I was going to contact the corporate office and that’s when I find the police on the plane escorting me off the plane the officer told me I did nothing wrong. They just had to escort me off the plane per TSA regulations.

Sitting on another Breeze plane for an hour and a half. Never seen an airline that is late, sits on the tarmac, has flight issues everytime I've taken a flight with Breeze. Never again. Late for meetings, late for family gatherings. Never seen an airline this bad. They should give everyone their money back for these flights. It's ridiculous. Update...now they are flying us to a different city and told us to pay for transportation the 72 miles to where we are needing to go. 5 hours later. So now we have to rent a car and get supposedly reimbursed. Will believe it when I see it as they wouldn't reimburse our Uber fare to go back to our place for the night and catch a flight tomorrow. The person at the counter was clueless what to do. I am cured from ever booking a flight with Breeze.

Extremely Disappointed with the Customer Service on Flight MX 2071 – October 12, 2026 This was my first time flying with Breeze Airways, traveling from Orlando to Raleigh-Durham, NC, on flight MX 2071, scheduled to depart at 4:10 PM on October 12, 2026. Unfortunately, my first experience with this airline was extremely disappointing, and the biggest issue was not the flight delay. I understand that delays can happen, and I was willing to be patient. However, the way one particular flight attendant treated and spoke to passengers was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The flight attendant I am referring to was a younger woman wearing a pink shirt, the only crew member dressed differently from the other flight attendants in uniform. When I placed my backpack in the overhead bin, she told me to remove it because the flight was full and there would not be enough space for everyone's luggage. However, the flight was not actually full, and there were still two or three overhead bins with available space. I also noticed that she allowed other passengers with smaller backpacks to place their bags in those same bins. This made the situation feel inconsistent and unfair. What upset me even more was how she handled a seating situation involving my family. Some of us were seated separately, in rows 20 and 26. I politely took the initiative to ask the passenger in row 26 if they would be willing to switch seats with the passenger in row 20 so our family could sit together. Instead of approaching me calmly and professionally to understand what was happening, the flight attendant came from behind and spoke to me in a very bossy, confrontational manner, essentially telling me that I should have asked her rather than speaking directly to another passenger, because she was the one in charge. I understand that flight attendants have responsibilities and procedures to follow. However, being in charge does not give anyone the right to speak to customers disrespectfully. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. Her tone and attitude made me feel as though I was being scolded rather than assisted. The delay was something I could accept. Disrespectful customer service was not. Airline employees represent the company, and the way they communicate with passengers has a significant impact on the entire travel experience. Professionalism is not just about enforcing rules; it is also about treating people with courtesy, patience, and respect. I sincerely hope Breeze Airways takes this feedback seriously, reviews what happened on flight MX 2071, and provides additional customer-service training where needed. I would also appreciate it if management looked into this incident and addressed the concerns raised. This was my first flight with Breeze, and sadly, the experience left me questioning whether I would choose this airline again. Breeze may offer competitive fares, but affordable tickets should never mean passengers have to accept rude or unprofessional treatment. I hope Breeze will take action before more customers have the same experience.
