My first experience with Breeze Airways has been excellent! The staff are genuinely friendly, the planes feel new and beautiful, and the whole experience has been calm and comfortable. Everything has been on time so far, and my connection in Tampa was easy. I tried both first class and extra legroom seating and was very comfortable in both. The extra legroom seat has plenty of space—even more than I expected\! For the price, it’s a terrific value. No problems at all, and based on my experience, five stars well earned!

Likes: upgrade gave us great leg room and nice seats. Friendly crew. Dislikes: seats were broken and didn't recline at all. Check in can be difficult as you have NO SIGNAGE of when their terminal opens. It states through Google that it's 2 hours before your flight, but this is incorrect. This misinformation leaves you standing in line hoping a crew member gets you checked in before your flight.

There is no way to contact anyone via telephone. You are placed in an endless loop on website or via AI. Don't bother to get the credit card either, you will not be able to use points. Beware!

Worst airline and customer service ever….oh wait, there is NO customer service and the website is misleading when booking.

I am very disappointed in their customer service. I attempted multiple ways to get a call back to speak with someone. Each time they refused to assist me, stating they do not speak with their customers over the phone. They will only help through text messaging or email. Their main reason is so there team members can have multiple conversations at once. This just shows that they do not view their customers as people. More as numbers and statistics.

CHECKED IN 2 HOURS EARLY FOR A NON STOP FLIGHT FROM TAMPA FL. TO PORTLAND ME. WITH 1 CHECKED BAG, I MADE IT NO PROBLEM BUT MY BAG WITH ALL MY CLOTHES DIDN'T !!! SAY THAT AGAIN, 1 BAG CHECKED, 2 HOURS EARLY & A NON STOP FLIGHT, HOW DO YOU LOSE A BAG ?????

I had an outstanding flight on my first time flying Breeze Airways. While the flight was delayed, it wasn't their fault, since this was occurring with many airlines today. What I loved was the clean, new A220 with comfortable seats, headrests, decent leg room, tables with phone/tablet holders, and large overhead bins. There was no pressure to check carryon bags. I appreciated the rate charged and will gladly fly them again.

Took flight 511 out of Las Vegas today to Southwest Florida. We got delayed because President Trump was in the area and stayed at the gate an extra 45 minutes. After which they started loading the luggage onto the airplane. I got to southwest Florida and they forgot to put in my bag and many others on our aircraft. What a terrible experience. I will never fly Breeze again. And I’m canceling my credit card.
