If I could do 0 stars I would. First flight was delayed for maintenance which caused me to miss my connecting flight. Next flight they can offer me was 2 days away. No lodging compensation. They are refunding me a small portion of my trip while I now have to spend $560 to get home. They don't have enough flights to fix there own mess ups and don't compensate outside of that. They suck

We paid the checked bag fee for what should have been the easiest possible flight: a direct, 1-hour trip. Breeze still failed to load our bag onto the plane, and it's now been more than 24 hours with no communication about where it is or when we'll get it back. We did everything asked of us — filed the required bag inquiry with the airport attendant right away, then followed up with Guest Experience, who just said we'd been placed in a queue. Since then, nothing. No status updates, no calls, no emails. The automated text system was a dead end with zero useful information. We had kids with us and had to scramble to buy basic essentials out of pocket just to get through the day. Paying extra for checked baggage on a short direct flight and still ending up in this situation, with no communication to show for it, isn't what we expected from Breeze.

I had an awful experience flying with Breeze Airways. My flight was delayed by over four hours on the way to my destination and then another four hours on the return trip. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication. Updates were delayed, inconsistent, and often nonexistent, leaving passengers sitting at the gate with no idea what was happening or when we’d actually depart. To top it all off, there was no compensation or meaningful effort to make things right after wasting an entire day of my trip. Delays can happen, but how an airline handles them is what matters, and Breeze failed miserably in that regard. If this is how Breeze treats its customers, I don’t see how it can build long-term loyalty. In my opinion, this is the same kind of poor customer experience that has hurt other budget airlines, and if they don’t make major improvements, they could end up following a similar path. I won’t be flying with Breeze again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time or expects basic communication and customer service.

My kids flight was changed by airline my daughter was told in an email she could change the flight at NO COST by their customer service representative. When she tried to change my flight she was told by a different representative that she was given the wrong information and they would not be honoring what the 1st rep told her.

Traveled on June 5th and just noticed a charge on my credit card June 18th for 31.50. NO receipt, NO invoice, no one said anything during my travel of any additional charge! The only thing I can imagine is my phone is on a strap across my chest and I was asked if that was a "carry on". I showed it was my phone case. Ridiculous.

Never, ever again!!! System kept going down at checkout. Hundreds of people waiting to check in. Some 3-4 hours. No explanation from anyone about what was going on until hours later. People started jumping the line. No organization. Just awful and disorganized. And the price, what was supposed to be economy airline turned into 3x the cost after a bunch of fees. Never again.

They lost my luggage. Not sure how but my luggage is gone. It never showed up. There were two stops on our flight. The bag never showed up. I had really important things on that my piece of luggage. How remedial do you have to be to lose luggage. There has to be some sort of way to sort through the luggage that lets them know where the hell to send it. For that you get a one star.

My complaint isn’t about a flight but rather about the experience I had with an employee. On July 2, 2026 in Washington Dulles airport there was a discussion amongst employees of the airport about celebrating America 250. Barbra Ann an employee off Breeze airline was asked a question about a pin/button she was wearing, she said that she purchased it at one of the retailers in the airport and that is was about $8.99. I said it’s a little expensive for me but I’m not going crazy over America 250, and the another employee agreed. Well to my surprise Ms. Barbra Ann commented, well you don’t have to be here, she then said you can leave. She said I can put you on a flight outta here followed by a laugh. I was very offended by that comment, I felt it was rude uncalled for it made me uncomfortable. No matter what context she meant it is was rude. I didn’t respond because if I had it would not have been good. So I said I need to calm down and I’ll leave a review on how she represents the company she works for. I felt the it was racism and for that reason I am submitting this review. Maybe more training it need to know certain things just should not be said out loud, it shows one’s true feelings.
