I thought they were a local small business, but that is not the case. I ordered a deluxe (upgraded) floral arrangement. The flowers my daughter received had 1/3 the flowers in her arrangement, if that. They said per their policy they could substitute, but I said both have the same flowers, but the one you made for my daughter had far less flowers. Terrible business & terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible. My order was supposed to be delivered on 1/25. I called every day for 3 days, each time told something else. They refused to give me a refund. On 1/27, flowers delivered but we refused the delivery but they still left them.

Update: I was told the flowers were delivered so I want to be sure to be accurate in my review. The customer service is very poor at communicating and knowing what is going on. It made me feel as though I was dealing with a scam. I do think the company should be upfront about the fact that they are not a local florist, and that you do have to pay a delivery fee. They should also be upfront about the fact that the flowers may not be delivered same day although they claim if you order by 2pm it arrives that same day.

Called Flowers by Nora 844-236-9077. I wanted to order a funeral arrangement to be delivered next week to the Funeral Home. Asked if they were located in South Lyon MI. They said yes. I asked the address of their store and was told 75 Front Street South Lyon. There is no 75 Front Street. Thankfully I caught this just in time. This is not a local store.

If I could post a negative star rating I would. The website said no delivery fee and it would be delivered same day. No one called me, but I got an email next day saying they had no inventory. Why didn't someone call me right away? So there wasn't going to be a delivery fee, but they hit me for a $18.99 service fee. You can't talk to anyone but a random customer service person who knows nothing.
