I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. She owns a cafe in Reynoldstown, GA and I wanted her to be able to enjoy the flowers during the cafe's opening hours so she could share them with the staff and customers. I specifically noted on the order that the cafe closes at 4:00 pm on Saturdays; they weren't delivered until 6:54 pm. My daughter just happened to be there cleaning up when the flowers were delivered three hours late. I called the florist on Monday to ask whey they were delivered late and was told they have a lot of orders and can't guaranty a time. If that's the case, they should have let me know before hand, and I would have chosen another florist.

Flowers were left on my front porch along with chocolates. 90+ degrees.. Never a call or any notification. I was gone most of the day. It was HOT in Lakewood. Roses look "spent"

Used to be good but the services have gone downhill

My first order from Flowers by Nora was fantastic....beautifully done and exactly as pictured. My friend loved them and it was amazing how long they stayed so beautiful. When another occasion (Valentines day) came along...I ordered (1 1/2 dozen...deluxe setting) roses, expecting another amazing arrangement. They delivered the flowers on time, but it was a major let-down compared with the first experience. Roses were not as pretty...looked like they had been stuffed randomly into the vase and the white accent flowers that were pictured on the website were absent from the scene. I wrote them an email expressing my disappointment which got a response as to how the arrangement "Met their policy". I'm disappointed...$145 for flowers that were no where close to what was pictured on their website. Don't know much latin....but CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! Guess I'll be finding a new florist. Tom

I shopped around the Arlington, Va. area for flowers. I found Nora who had live plants. The prices were competative . I decided to order 2 live plants. At checkout, they hit me with an $18+ service fee. I was furious and cancelled the double order. I wrote them and they responded immediately saying this is to cover our overhead, (in so many words). I said your overhead should be incorporated in your pricing structure.

I ordered the premium living spirit dishgarden plant gift to be delivered to a funeral home for a friend. While it was delivered on time and a nice plant, it was not the premium I ordered. It was the deluxe as pictured on the website. Additionally, they don't charge a delivery fee but a $18.99 service fee. What's the difference?

I should have research flower shops in St Augustine. I sent flowers for a housewarming gift. The arrangement was 54.99 with an 18.99 service fee. The recipient said the flowers were pretty but the picture that was sent to me looks like a puny arrangement of 6 flowers with alot of greens. Not sure what the service fee covers. My fault for using this place. I was hoping to give business to a small business.
