What a dump
What a dump. I too wish I had read the reviews. I guess they pay to have their company come up first on any searches. Sooooo disappointed.

I specifically stated I wanted a flower arrangement as shown online. I understand substituting flowers & baskets is necessary from time to time, but at least make an effort and use the same number of flowers of what is advertised. What was delivered to the funeral home was embarrassingly lacking flowers all together. They did give me a partial refund, though I should have been fully refunded for this sparse flower arrangement.

Choose a star rating on a scale of 1 to 5 Not good Saved There is no Zero star, otherwise that would be my rating. Please read the reviews before ordering with flowers by Nora. I did not read the reviews. The customer service is awful. They do not answer the telephone # or if they do someone from overseas is answering which it's hard to understand what they are saying a then they are telling you they do not have any authority and someone will email you. I ordered a sympathy flower arrangement for a friend and paid extra to make it premium. $136.69 . Friend that recived it send a picture to me, and I was so embarrassed. The regular arrangement had 18 roses and other flowers, and I paid more to make it fuller so it should have more roses. The flowers that my friend recived had only 8 roses. When I talked to customer services after few emails, they said the best they could do to refund $18.99 to me. What they are Adverising is not real. This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!

This business is horrible. The charge premium prices and don't give you even close to what you ordered.

My flower delivery was not made. This company advertises as a local company, which is a lie, it is not. I will never use this company again. I should have checked the reviews first, as there seems to be only bad reviews.

I really really wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from "local hometown florist" which this company absolutely is not. Ordered flowers three days ahead (and they advertise same delivery!) for someone's birthday. Many many phone calls later (which all consisted of a different excuse each time and other blather) she finally saw them in the vestibule on her way out to dinner. So she didn't get to enjoy them on her birthday. She waited around all day, no call, no text, no doorbell that they were there. First they said the driver could not find her apartment building. I was told they had left a message with her, they did not. Then they said they would deliver them at 7 at night, then they said they would deliver them the next day. Then they said they had already delivered them in the afternoon. And she sent me a picture of the finally received bouquet. They were pretty but about half the size of the upgrade I paid a lot extra for.

DO NOT order from this company--we had a horrible experience with them. Ordered a sympathy arrangement for a family funeral, selecting from the photos they advertise on their site. Paid $130+ for an upgraded, "premium size" arrangement. What arrived to the funeral home was an embarrassment, and not worth 25% of what we paid for it. Looked NOTHING like the photo, which was a classy, all-white, low-cut arrangement in a white vase. What arrived was a bunch of white flowers with long stems thrown in a clear glass vase, not even appearing to have been arranged at all, and about 1/2 the amount of flowers shown in their advertisement. We order a lot of floral arrangements for delivery, and know that arrangements aren't always exactly like the website pictures, and that's fine, so long as they are similar in style and substance. That was far from the case here. Ultimately, the company offered a refund of $18.99--the amount of their "service fee." That is 5% of the amount we paid for the misrepresented arrangement. I live out of state from where the funeral was held, and I'm sure they thought I'd never know how horrid the arrangement was. Thankfully, my family saw it and knew I would want to know as it was so unlike what I typically order. This was the FIRST time we ordered from this company, and only did so because our usual florists were unable to do same-day delivery. Needless to say, it will be the last time. In short, sketchy, bait-and-switch business practices, and no commitment to their customers. Avoid at all costs. Hopefully my expensive lesson can save you the same.

Too bad I can't give a zero. I had tried to order flowers from another company only to be notified after I placed my order that there were no flowers. So, I tried this company, I talked to a live person. I was assured they could fulfill order. Today, they tell me that they could not fulfill my order.
