This company is truly terrible at best if it is not just a scam. They did not deliver, did not send a replacement, did not offer to refund our money, and lied about having a local flower shop. Do not use them.

This was THE WORST florist experience ever.

Wow, I wish I read these reviews before placing the order! I think they are farming credit card information. Both calls sounded like it was over seas. I ordered an arrangement for my father in laws funeral and the morning of the event they cancelled saying they couldn't get flowers! I would have ordered from someone else if they just told me they didn't have flowers. Now it's too late to order a replacement. I am sooooo disappointed and appalled by their service and now I have to watch for fraudulent charges.

I am out of state and ordered an arrangement for a funeral. When I made the order they were so helpful. My husband was at the service and 30 min after the agreed on delivery time he said they hadn’t arrived yet. I called and she left me on hold for several minutes,!when she came Back on she said she’d call me back. I waited for 30 minutes then called back. She then told me, sorry we cancelled and refunded your order we can’t do it. Seriously they probably wouldn’t have even told me if I didn’t have a family member there. Horrible service. Please don’t use this company.

If I could less than 1 star I would. I ordered flowers for my daughter in Auburn (who is sick) in plenty of time for them to be delivered today and I get an email not a phone call (they have my number) that due to supply issues they could not fulfill my order. No call, nothing. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN I hope no one does. They charged my card and stated I would be getting a refund... we shall see.

Awful service. Ordered Birthday Flowers with chockolates and a baloon for a friend at 9:30am 2/1/25 for "Free Same Day Express Delivery" as stated on their website. Why 'o why I did not look at all these NEGATIVE reviews first??? Was promised on the phone by their representative that they will deliver the same day. Flowers were delivered on Monday. Liars! STAY AWAY!

I ordered a plant with a black flat vase with stones and they sent nothing that looked even close to what I ordered. I received a (cheap) wicker basket. Plus paid an additional $18 for the service charge (as if sticking a plant in a basket is difficult). When I sent pictures to complain, they responded by sending me the "terms and agreement" stating I was in a "legal binding contract". WOW this is customer service at it's finest. Should have checked out the reviews first which are TERRIBLE. They are certainly living up to their reputation.

Made the mistake of calling flowersbynora.com and ordering flowers. After ordering the "deal of the day" for $70.00 free delivery I was told they have $24.00 Service fee, I said cancel my order, lady with Indian accent said it was done. Two hours later got email from company saying I canellled to late and flower were delivered. I know that was BS as I called the recipient who said they had not received flowers. I told the lady I was reporting it and she replied " we can waive service fee" I said no way as I ordered from another vendor. She put me on hold for over 17 minutes and hung up on me. I called Nora , who is LEGIT and has shop in Broomall, poor lady said she has tried to get away from harassing calls etc because Flowers by Nora is a FRAUD, and she is suffering because of it. So before you order flowers make sure it is not by flowersbynora but the real flowers by Nora with hyphen in her name poor lady is trying to get to the bottom of the mess also. I plan or filing theft charges at local district Justice to make them appear in court and bring lawyer. I know they will not but I will get judgement. Will also file complaint with local TV news station, and newspaper as these people need stopped and I am going to make life hell for these scammers, bad enough they play off the real Nora in Broomall Pa
