Ordered a flower display for my daughter’s birthday. The arrangement was delivered exactly as ordered with not one issue. The only challenge was the person answering the phone was very hard to understand. If you deal with the public, take speech lessons.

I was skeptical because of the poor reviews, after realizing that Flowers by Nora was NOT a local florist as their website indicated. My brother said that my sister in law's flowers look great. My guess is that this "national" company uses local stores for deliveries, sort of like FTD Florist does.

I ordered a flower arrangement for delivery in a small town in Texas. I thought it was a small local business, but it was based in Pennsylvania. As many people stated, the company represented itself as a family owned local business. This is not true, but luckily the order WAS delivered on time and the flowers arrived looking like the advertised photo, so no complaints.
