DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Products are not as advertised. $90 bouquet that should have been full of roses, hydrangeas, and lilies consisted of dead carnations. You’d be better off going to 7/11 for flowers

The complaint regarding Flowers by Nora is in regards to misrepresentation and false advertisement. We want to warn any and all future consumers even thinking about buying anything from Flowers by Nora - please learn from our painful experience and buy from somewhere else. On Oct. 12, 2026, as my family members and I were planning my mother's funeral service, we went online and found Flowers by Nora website. Their pictures of the Garden of Comfort Casket Spray (deluxe size) and Comforting Standing Spray (deluxe size) were what our family thought would be a beautiful gift for our mom at her Celebration of Life memorial service. I had called the phone number of their website and spoke to a guy named Jess. He promised me that what we would order by phone would be exactly how the flowers will be when delivered as we told him this is very important for our family and that based on his promise, we would proceed with the order by phone. On the day we were having a family viewing of my mom resting in her casket, we were shocked and in disbelief that what we ordered from Flowers by Nora was outsourced to an unknown third party vendor and the items we received did not look anything like the web photos of the Garden of Comfort Casket Spray (deluxe size) and Comforting Standing Spray (deluxe size). Instead, they substituted with cheap pink carnations and other flowers not on the website photo and it was not deluxe in size or standard. What made it worse was that when I called their number to request speaking with a manager, the customer service rep said that there was no one that could speak to me in that type of role as they are not structured that way. And the only option I had was to email with photos for their review. We took pictures of what was delivered by this third party vendor and took screenshots of their website photos. Their reply was was that "we've determined this order is filled to value based on our substitution policy." No apologies and no refund.

I not only placed my order several days in advance, but I called the day before to confirm the order and delivery time. Everything was confirmed with a live person. However, the morning of the memorial service I received an email that my order had been cancelled due to supply issues, and I was left scrambling to find a florist who could actually fill my order for a 1pm memorial service. I wish I'd realized earlier that this is NOT a local florist at all.

They charge you an 18.00 service charge. I asked what is this service charge for and I was told the tissue paper and wrapping. Which is NOT in their advertisement. Also I asked for delivery to be on October 19 and when I called as they were NOT delivered I was told they were going to be delivered on the 20th. If I could give a zero star I would. Horrible service and horrible customer service. Beware of them.

Total disappointment. I thought I was supporting a small business in Spring Hill. I ordered an Anniversary gift for my parents. While they were happy receiving a gift, it was NOT what I paid for. They didn't receive the box of chocolates either. I could have Door Dashed something from a grocery store. I feel so robbed. At least something was delivered. That deserves 1 star.

Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. No delivery was received. When I called the next business day-I was told the order was canceled as they did not have any FRESH FLOWERS! Get this company off the Wilmington florist website!!!
