if you search for florist in this community they come up first. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. I ordered a dozen roses as a gift for same day delivery and they never were delivered. After thirty minutes of deceptive run around it became apparent that they did not have flowers in stock from whatever central center they were using and they have no control over quality or when and where the product would be delivered. I just threw away 120 dollars and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Purchased orchid plants for my daughter's birthday and after a few days the opened blooms are falling off and the unopened blooms are turning yellow and falling off. Poor quality plant in my opinion and certainly not worth the $136 that I was charged. Customer service was not helpful, they responded by telling me about their substitution policy. Don't recommend.

This was a horrible experience. I thought I was dealing with a local florist, because their website makes it look like it's local with a map, etc. I ordered funeral flowers to be delivered by 10 and received an email at 9:30 to say there was a supply issue. RIDICULOUS! I will never order from them again! It is 3rd party, not a local florist, as they try to make it appear.

I was skeptical because of the poor reviews, after realizing that Flowers by Nora was NOT a local florist as their website indicated. My brother said that my sister in law's flowers look great. My guess is that this "national" company uses local stores for deliveries, sort of like FTD Florist does.

My wife never received her flowers yesterday on the First for her birthday and I would like to have a refund. Her birthday is over. 48 hours I was told that it would take to review this?????? Flowers never arrived, what is there to review? You took my money and did not hold up your end of the bargain, you too would be upset if it you spent $153.00 dollars. I even called early yesterday, and they told me they were out for delivery. . . . . . No follow up or customer service.

Horrible. I have never experience such a lack of service and such rude treatment. Bell and Daisy didn’t have my mother’s 80th birthday flowers delivered. Repeatedly told me that funerals were more important. Refused to use any common sense or problem solving skills to figure out a solution. Kept me on hold or muted their phones for over an hour while I begged them to figure out a solution or to let me speak to a manager. Worst expense ever. They finally hung up on me when I told them that I was going to insist to talk to their boss and would she be happy with how they treated me. Then they just canceled my order. All I wanted to do was support a local business. This was obviously the wrong one.

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful edgy modern arrangement as a gift for a special person and what arrived was NOTHING even remotely like what I ordered. I told them I was dissatisfied and they did make good, but it never should have happened. Be careful!

BEWARE, I ordered Flowers for a sick family member through Flowers by Nora in New River, AZ (844-236-9077 / serviceatflowersbynora.com). Some info to make sure you have the right company. They accepted my order at 12:28 PM on 23-Jan that needed to be delivered the same day. They advised "No Problem" and charged me +/-$100. Later that evening (CST) I called them because the flowers had never been delivered. To my surprise, they told me that they could not fulfil my order. I was totally embarrassed with my sick family member and wondered why didn't they tell me this when I ordered the flowers so I could have gone elsewhere. What a terrible company. In your best interest, avoid using this company or use them if you will. I only want other people to know what happened to me. Horrible customer service :(
