I ordered Flowers for a visitation at a funeral home. They never arrived. Do not buy from this florist. I was heartbroken.

The worst customer service ever. As several other reviews mentioned, FlowersbyNora sent a totally different arrangement than what I ordered, and didn’t even bother to tell me. I spent over $100 and they compensated me with a paltry $20 Janice Sugerman

Place order on 1/17/25 for birthday flowers to be delivered 1/21. when I did not receive any email or communication I called to follow up today (1/20) Lady that I spoke to said they did not have the fresh flowers needed to fulfill my order so it was cancelled with email sent to confirm and money refunded. I have yet to see the credit on my card nor have I seen any email with communication. I should have read reviews before moving forward. I hope they go out of business!! What a pathetic way to even run a business.

Flowers by Nora came up on a Google search as local they are not. They did not deliver the arrangement ordered. They did not call me to let me know they were substituting. It was of a different color and size. After much back and forth with them regarding my dissatisfaction, they sent their policy statement from Nevada and a refund for the service fee$18.99. I spent over $100 for a purchase that was not delivered as ordered. Do not use them. 1-800 flowers and FTD is more consumer friendly.

I ordered a bouquet for my mothers birthday from Flowers by Nora who bills themselves as a local florist. They are not a local florist. They did not deliver what I ordered. What they delivered I would not send to my cat. I paid 100 for this nonsense. On top of that it took me 2 days to get a delivery confirmation after many phone calls. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE NOT LOCAL AND THEY USE INFERIOR PRODUCTS.

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering and wasting $110. Poor customer service I understand you might not be able to guarantee a certain delivery. OMG my order was for a funeral service and i ordered 3 days ahead of time and still didn't arrive on time.

I ordered a Deluxe Easel spray for my brother's funeral. I asked that it be made fresh and delivered the day of the funeral. When I got there, the arrangement looked like it had been sitting out in the hot sun for a week. The lillies were drooping, the carnations were dead and the roses showed no signs of blooming. I was embarrassed that my show of sympathy to my brother's widow was so uncaringly prepared. I specifically googled local florist in my area only to find out that they are not local at all. They way those flowers looked and how dead they were looked like they had traveled by boat for a couple weeks. All the other flowers ordered for the funeral were beautiful and I was so hurt and humiliated that I didn't do better for my brother. They said they reserve the right to substitute flowers seasonally. I had no problem with the flowers used or the SIZE OF the arrangment itself; I just would have preferred if the flowers were more alive than my brother. They actually asked me to send a photo of the flowers!! I guess it's normal to stand right next to a casket and take pictures. That's classy. I guess that's what they do in their third world country. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM FLOWERS BY NORA. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Refused to refund a payment after the wrong flowers were sent to a family member. Terrible experience.
