Checked to see for a Florist in the area where my sister-in-law lives. Per their lovely online pictures and dialogue of being a small town family business I assumed they were a local brick and mortar store and ordered: I picked out (with an item with a number) 1 dozen Red Roses in a red vase per the picture online. Luckily I received pictures of what she actually got: White chrysanthemums and white daisies in a white basket. Like buying a Luxury Cadillac and getting a small Ford. Bait & Switch? Called my credit card company and then Nora’s Flowers to advise them I was not going to pay for the wrong flowers. Nora said they would check the order. Red roses in a red vase as depicted in their ad were delivered 3 days later AND they took the white basket arrangement back “to show the owner”, after requesting & receiving pictures from us of what was delivered. Guess our pictures were not enough.

Wanted to use a local florist for Mother's Day, which they say they are. Placed an online order, but never got an email confirmation. Called and spoke to rude guy. He said due to supply chain issues my order was cancelled. Told him I got no email. Asked for a refund, told it was already refunded. Asked why they didn't contact me about the cancellation, he hung up. Called my bank, payment was still pending but I have to wait to dispute it. Do NOT use this website, just harvesting CC numbers.

This place is nothing more than a scam to collect your credit card numbers:information. DO NOT DO IT! They took all my information/ credit card info- sent me a confirmation and never delivered the arrangement/ to a funeral. When I called them it was “ a supply chain problem “ Multiple reviews has been the same. This is a phishing site and I’ll be reporting them to the authorities. BE WARNED

I ordered flowers for my cousin for her birthday, I called the order in and asked if this was a local florist and was assured it was, of course it is not. I asked my cousins husband to send me a picture when her flowers were delivered and was appalled. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the bouquet that I ordered and having wilted flowers no less. The reason I ordered the bouquet that I ordered was due to it having the Sunflowers in it. I specifically told the agent that I wanted the sunflowers as those are her favorite flower. I did contact Flowers by Nora and was told that it states that they may change the flowers and the arrangement and they would refund me. Do Not Use if you want quality. Extremely disappointed

This is a scam !!! Ordered flowers that never were delivered w/the excuse that they ran out of Flowers !! Worst experience at all levels . DO NOT BUY from this shop

Ordered an arrangement early in the morning for same day local delivery and was told it would be no problem for same day delivery. Later received an email stating that due to supply issues, they could not fulfill my order. Unfortunately, I didn't see the email until the next morning. Called Flowers by Nora and was told they had no fresh flowers in the shop.... which they had to know before accepting my order. Totally unacceptable.... They should have called me and told me they couldn't fulfill the order so I could have time to order elsewhere. I should've read the reviews before placing my order...my mistake. I'm sad that my friend's birthday went unacknowledged but judging from other reviews the flowers probably would've been sub-standard.

The flowers I received were for from that advertised. Typical bait and switch. No more business from me.
