I ordered flowers and paid for them. They were going to be a surprise for my wife's birthday. On the day they were supposed to be delivered I waited until 3 pm and they never arrived. I called Flowers by Nora and I was told "the order could not be fulfilled because of a supply chain issue". If Idid not call I would have never known. They said they emailed me but it must have gone to my spam. Note that when I ordered 5 days before I got the confirmation email on my inbox. Then they said they refunded me. How was I to know that unless I keep monitoring my credit card? I explained that it was not about the money but the importance of the flowers on that special day. I said if they could not get the flowers they should have never gotten the order, OR they should have called me to be sure I knew they could not fulfill the order. They had my number. Had they given me a heads up I could have ordered somewhere else. I asked to talk to the owner, but she was not available and they could not bother her on a Saturday. I asked that she call me on Monday. I'll be honest. I wanted to hear a sincere apology. The call never came.

Horrible even up grated for fuller arrangement.

I wish I looked up the reviews before I ordered. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered. I’m so disappointed ☹️ They didn’t even bother to call to indicate the arrangement was going to be vastly different. DO NOT ORDER from them!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I was trying to do something really nice for my sister and order a succulent garden that they had online and have it delivered to her work. Well, I placed the order and an hour or two hours later, I get a text Stating that they don’t have that in stock, but they would be glad to substitute it with a green plant garden so in my text, I asked, do you have any other succulents because if I would’ve wanted plants I would’ve ordered plants and I got no response so then I sent them a? On the text got no response so I asked is there anybody there to respond no response. So I finally called them and the guy who took my call said oh I see that you accepted the substitution I said no I even responded that I wanted to know if y’all had any other succulents and I got no response and then I tried to text a couple other times with no response. So he then said well we can substitute it with the green plant garden and I said no I wanted plants I would’ve ordered plants there was a specific reason why I was ordering a succulent. so then I finally said well just give me a refund. I don’t think he understood English very well so he had to go get a manager and after about 10 minutes he finally comes back and says well we will process your refund however, it will take 3 to 5 days for it to go back into your bank. So this left me ordering from somewhere else and until that money comes back in, I had to pay twice. I guess my biggest issue with this is if you have an online store, you should do better at your inventory management if it’s not in stock, it should not allow you to order it because not everybody’s going to want a substitution or who knows they might just like doing bait and switch.

Ordered what was supposed to be a flowery plant for my sister’s birthday. She received the ugliest, boring, plain Jane plant I’ve ever seen. Flowers by Nora is a middle man company and had I known this I would have contacted a florist in the town where she lives. I understand some flowers/plants are seasonal, but they should state this next to the picture of the flower on the website. Customer service is awful as well. Never will use them again. Read several reviews regarding flowers by Nora (after the fact) and learned this company is a scam. I am giving some consideration to contacting my cc company and decline payment to them. They offered a refund to me of 20$ on my order that was over 100$. I dislike that the actual florist that filled the order could/would be cheated out what is due them.

One star is a compliment. Wish I could leave zero star but it won’t let me Ordered an arrangement for my nieces nursing graduation. They promised it would be delivered by 2pm. Like the rest of these reviews- no delivery- no explanation -except that they would investigate it and get back to me in 48 hours! No apology, no remorse. Places like this should be closed down!!! This one especially. Not one good review! Total scam

Terrible customer service and no delivery sent to my friend's home as I requested with no proof of delivery either. I will never use an online service like this again and no one to help make sure orders are completed!

Poor customer service, slow delivery, and what was eventually delivered was WOEFULLY inferior to the photograph indicating what I was supposedly purchasing.
