Worst florist! DO NOT USE! Ordered $120 birthday arrangement. Showed up wilted and bare. I sent a picture with a note asking for replacement because I was so embarrassed. They refunded me $30 and said that was their policy. ?? The flowers died 2 days after delivery. I sent another email to them with a photo. They just said “Sorry”. Well, sorry I have to give you the worst review.

Paid for a premium arrangement and received a sloppy sad excuse for an floral arrangement. I understand substitutions, of equal value and count. Offered a 20 dollar refund on a 100$ plus arrangement that I could have bought at HEB for 15 dollars. Couldn't even tie a ribbon properly. Tried to justify it by saying it's on their site that containers, flowers could vary. Understandable if they are of equal value, they were absolutely not.

Just didn't deliver the flowers as promised then said they had no plants in inventory which is obviously a lie or super poor planning. Seems like a scam, stay away

I ordered from what was offered on their website…a cute square vase with 5 or 6 bright yellow gerbera daisies and greenery. I usually check customer reviews but was in a rush. I did not get what I ordered..I even paid for the premium size. Instead I got a vase of red roses with ONE yellow gerbera daisy. 😑

One star is a generous review, they don’t deserve even that. I ordered flowers for same day delivery today, April 23rd for my daughter’s 24th birthday. Thought I was getting a local florist in Logan, Utah but my day was packed and I was in a hurry. I ordered the $56.99 of what looked to be a decent size vase with a full arrangement of daisies (My Sunny Daisy bouquet- deluxe). The total was $79.97 including tax and a “service fee” but don’t worry “they were the only florist in the area that offers free delivery.” When I questioned the service fee, I was completely dismissed. I went against my better judgment (because my day was packed and I was going to be out of the house for a few hours) and justified the purchase thinking if the arrangement was similar to what was pictured it would be worth it. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! I wish I could post pics! The vase is literally smaller than the length of my daughter’s hand! I’ve seen nicer arrangements in the local grocery store for about $18! If only I’d read reviews and paid attention to my instincts. I will be calling in the morning but judging by other reviews, I’m just hoping I’ll get the “service” fee refunded. Do not use this company! Learn from my mistake!

Flowers weren't even close to what was advertised. I fully understand that substitutions might need to be made but what was listed as a deluxe bouquet and what was delivered weren't even close. It was supposed to be a contemporary feel and came in a Victorian style vase not contemporary at all and the focal flower was simply sad. Their solution was a $20 credit. Never again, what was supposed to be a nice gift for my daughter was a complete disappointment.

Do not use this company. You will regret it. I ordered a symphony basket for a graveside service and it shows up in a glass vase and all I wanted was the name of the florist so I could take it in and have it put in a basket I was even willing to pay extra but they were no help at all and they just sent an email about policy. They do not want to help their customers and they lied to me in the first place saying they were located in the town I thought I was calling.

I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend who lost their father. She never received the flowers, and they claimed to have refunded my card, which I haven't received 5 days later. They claimed they were out of the flowers I ordered... wouldn't you think a business would call and ask me if I wanted a replacement? It's a shame when businesses aren't trustworthy.
