DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! I thought this was a local business, hence wanting to support them. It is not. I ordered sunflowers, alstroemeria, limonium in a blue mason jar. What was delivered instead was a weird assortment of mixed flowers that looked like you could have gotten from Publix in a cheap clear vase. They have offered me $20 refund for my $83 order. Management will not call me to rectify and only works via email stating a substitution policy. But nothing even looked remotely like it. Added- May 23 I contacted the Better Bisness Bureau and they helped me get a refund.

Worst florist ever. Placed an order for delivery the Tuesday after Mothers Day. At 7pm still no delivery. I called and was told they canceled my order due to supply issues (out of flowers because of Mothers Day) No phone call. No email. Billed my ccd immediately but state 3-5 days to refund. Received an email after I called. Poor business

The company never delivered the mothers day flowers, even though the order was placed well in front of mothers day. When i called to see where the delivery was, they indicated they had no idea, given a driver was not assigned and indicated they send an email to me with further details. No email ever came, nor did the flowers. Super disappointing. I would never use again, and suggest nobody else does either.

I am not feeling good by all the company I am in with terrible experiences with Flowers by Nora. I can't figure out what kind of scam this could be, but every one of the reviews I see shows people who had the exact same experience I had. I ordered a plant arrangement for a visitation for the loss of a friend's father. The order was to be delivered by 2:00pm. I heard nothing, assumed everything was fine. Came into work this morning and found an email from 5:30pm that "Due to supply issues" the order was cancelled and money refunded. I called this morning to order something delivered to their home at the end of the week and was told the same thing. How are you are florist and taking people's orders if you can't deliver flowers? Then I come here to Yelp and discover how they are duping people all over. It is just disheartening that in a time of grief, there are companies preying on people adding to their suffering. Okay, that is a little dramatic, but still, I might have to get on Reddit to take these people down.

I ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day for my mom. They were to be delivered the Saturday before the holiday. They never arrived. I called customer service at 6:00 pm the day they were supposed to be delivered and was told they were out for delivery. They were finally delivered in the afternoon of Sunday. I saw them when I got to my mom’s that evening for dinner. They were absolutely nothing like what I ordered. The flowers were the wrong type, colors and some were even painted. Seriously?!?! They were also wilted. My mom commented that they looked like they spent the night in the truck. I contacted customer service again. They required me to get a photo of the mess they delivered. I sent them a photo and asked for a refund. They were unable to do anything but forward the issue to upper management. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there wasn’t a supervisor available. There was no one I could speak to. My only option is to wait for management to make a decision. Their website brags about customer service, being on time and providing a quality product. They have failed completely with this order. I actually placed an order with a local florist to pick up on Mother’s Day when the original arrangement for flowers by Nora didn’t show up. I had to spend an extra $100 and rush around when I shouldn’t have had to, but I’m glad I did something. What was delivered by flowers by Nora was so embarrassing and should not have ever left the store.

Spent $150 on Mother’s Day flowers for my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law never deliver call customer service. They said they’d be delivered by seven of course when you call back at seven, no one answers the phone worst service ever.

Mother’s Day flowers were never delivered. When contacting Nora they stated no one was home but they left a card on the front door and called my mom. A thoughtful search of the area around the front door and review of missed calls showed a card was never left and a phone call was never made. Very nice customer service lady (Cleo) but she could only refer the matter to her supervisor who would not be in until Monday.
