I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend and this place canceled the order because for some reason they couldn't fulfill it. But they didn't tell me until late the next day and only told me when I asked about the order. Do not use them. They are scammers!!

I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. They left them on the front porch. She does not use that door and did not find them until I asked her about them the next day. It had been an unusually cold evening, so they were not in good shape. I called to get a replacement and they said they would credit me half of my money. So I paid for somehting and got nothing. Terrible customer service!!!

Do not for any reason use Flowers by Nora! Worst experience ever, they never delivered the flowers, then I had to involve the bank to get my money back. Worst experience ever!

This was my fault for not checking reviews! I ordered on-line and thought I was selecting a mid-level arrangement. When I saw the arrangement that was sent, I was totally disappointed. It was actually quite embarrassing. The additional service fee that they throw on at the end is outrageous! I will never use this florist again and I will make sure to check reviews before ordering anything else!

Called from Ny to order flowers for my sister in laws funeral the morning of the day before funeral, took my order seemed very nice, said they would 100% be there by the viewing at 12 on Wednesday, my husband and daughter got there NO Flowers. I called them immediately asking where And was told by them that the flowers that I ordered were not available. I asked that a phone call couldn’t have been made to let me know that so I could order flowers somewhere else and the girl that had answered the phone hung up on me. Thankfully the bank refunded my money. Made an awful situation much worse with no compassion!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! I needed to order a plant for our Pastor's father's funeral. I called at 8:13am, the morning of the funeral, and was assured the plant would arrive before the visitation/service. The next day I find out no plant was delivered. They lied and said my credit card denied the charge, but when I called my credit card, I was told the charge was approved at 9:23am. I checked my credit card and there's a pending charge and credit from Flowers By Nora for the amount I was told. Flowers By Nora couldn't answer WHY they didn't call me if the charge was denied, since they had my phone number. The ladies I talked to haven't a clue how to answer questions THRUTHFULLY!

Terrible!! Substituted an inferior bouquet, never delivered balloons, flower delivery after 7:30 pm, after I called twice to determine status. I sent their service a complaint email and I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. Use a virtual account number when ordering online to prevent having to cancel your credit card.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I ordered what I thought was going to be a gorgeous bouquet and what was received looked like weeds. Update: I reached out to the company and they agreed to issue me a $30 refund. It doenst cover the whole cost but it certainly is a good will gesture
