Unfortunately I gave this company all the info for an order including my credit card. The person who took my order didn’t know anything about flowers. At the end of the call for a deluxe 69 dollar arrangement, he tacked on a $30 ‘service fee’. He said he was in the store and told me they delivered to the neighborhood ‘all the time’. Then I found the reviews on Trust Pilot. Big scam.

This florist substituted cheap inexpensive flowers and the arrangement did not resemble what I ordered and paid for. Very disappointed, called to complain. I sent a photo and written complaint, they told me it was delivered on time and all substitutions were per their policy! TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT USE!

Used to be good but the services have gone downhill

Terrible service. I ordered funeral flowers that they said they would deliver the same day, and they cancelled my order because they did not have the flowers that I ordered. I called them on the phone and to try and maybe have them replaced with other flowers and they told me I would have to pay again since they had refunded my money. They also told me that if I wasn't happy, I could go to another flower shop.

SCAM! Delivery was never made same day as expected but they insist it was delivered. Recipient was home at the time they say delivery was made but it never came. They provided me the delivery time but can’t tell me anything more or with whom it was left with. Called service number and woman spoke very little English as if I was calling customer service overseas, definitely not a local business in Oviedo. Called credit card company to dispute transaction as goods were never received. Used them thinking they were a local store front and now they have all my credit card info! Will be shutting that card down. They are supposed to be investigating with delivery driver to get a picture of the delivery location and call me back but I’ve heard nothing. Do not use!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered flowers for a Friday delivery, they postponed to Saturday… then canceled my order at 430 on Saturday afternoon leaving me with no options. Wasted 2 days of time where I could have found a better, local florist. Avoid at all costs!

Never delivered flowers..did not refund...IT IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. Iwill be having them investigated by Polic for collecting credit card info!!

The flowers (small bouquet! were sent two days late and were delivered to me, not the recipient. I know I put the right address and zip code in. I paid $98. The website claimed they were a local florist in the Portland area, which they were not. Customer Service is not even in the United States. STAY AWAY!
