Paid and never got the flowers. Scammers

Really scary, I'm afraid it is too late! I am trying to contact them for my order made for yesterday no chance! live chat saying wait till to be connected with an agent, no agent! no connection neither! I am stuck really nightmare! Does anyone know how to contact this website or the people in charge of this live chat?

I was looking for a florist who would send arrangements overseas. I wanted to send a close friend something after a very terrible incident. I ordered from them and included all the relevant information. I missed the 24 hour cutoff because of the time zone cutoff, which they don't clarify. on the accepted to delivery date I check the status on line during the day. Their web site frankly suck. There is no details other than delivered. It would be helpful if I saw out for delivery, or delivery attempted, etc. delivery was due on a wed, by friday morning I tried the chat line, where they said they would contact the local outlet. I checked status over the weekend not change, Monday i checked again to see if was shipped. No change, I tried the chat again, I was told because it was UK we would hear today and they were closed on weekend! They would try again, and I should send an email to Richard, who never replied! Tuesday, I check again, no delivery. I am on the chat live at 5AM and no one available even 6 hours later. Which means either they are lying about support coverage or the have so many support issues I shouldn't be using them! I am so disgusted with this firm. I plan on posting this warning on every review site I can to warn others who want to make someone's day a little brighter and avoid being disappointed by this firm

Whatever you do, do not buy flowers from this site. They do not deliver on what they promised which is same day delivery. I have been waiting for days for my order to be delivered, and have emailed them several times with no response. They say they offer 24-hour seven-day-a-week live chat, but nobody ever answers the chat. Total rip off. If I could give negative stars on here for reviews I would.

This site is a scam!!! Be careful people!! Ordered flowers for our anniversary all now. They screwed up an entire event awful!

Failed to deliver. Followed their suggested procedure to contact customer support . 3 days later and have yet to receive a response. Useless company . Do not use !

A fake site, I ordered and they charged me 108$ and not delivery. No number to call and no answer to emails. Thieves and a big big scam and fake

Thats a negative star. Worst scam. Don't believe any of the positive reviews for those are fake as this site. Ordered flowers and chocolate, but got ripped off instead. If you want to lose money, play lotto instead of this Fu@# ing site. Trust me, I'm going to find out how to shut this site for good.
