Your website is very easy and practical to use and your clients' services are very fast and secure. Yet I am not impressed with you because of your low-speed page loading website.

If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. These people could screw up a 1 ingredient recipe. I ordered 2+ weeks in advance. They've charged my card MULTIPLE TIMES. This time it was said to have been declined. IT WAS NOT. I verified this with the bank. They sent me an email saying the delivery could still occur if I added another card to my profile. I did, within minutes of receiving their email. The DELIVERY DID NOT HAPPEN ON TIME for the RECIPIENT'S BIRTHDAY. Communications with this business is VERY POOR at best. They DO NOT RESPOND to emails. Their "chat" facility DOES NOT WORK. Tried it with 2 different browsers, so don't bother to waste your time. I suspect the REAL REASON for their failure to deliver was to discourage me from having these flowers delivered at all. WHY? Because I purchased under one of their 25% off specials (with free delivery) and this was for 2 Dozen Red Roses... I suspect it was a (money) losing proposition, so they did what they could to dissuade me from moving forward with the delivery. Didn't work... I let them deliver late... DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE with anything other than sending flowers TO THE PHILIPPINES for any reason except JUST BECAUSE... as they will invariably ALWAYS DELIVER THEM LATE... IF AT ALL... As soon as I find another source (and I already have) for sending flowers, I will gladly forget FLORA2000.com. The other florists are a bit more expensive, but there is a phone number to call and they immediately charge your card... even weeks in advance... so there is NO QUESTION or chance for "FAKE" reporting of errors like a card that was previously used many times not working. That is complete nonsense.

This company is a scam! Do not order. I was supposed to get a package from my family in another country and it never arrived. Not possible to communicate, chat does not work, phone number is out of order.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered flowers for a good friend three weeks later I get a response to absolutely NOTHING arriving. Other than a we gave you refund. Useless. Do not depend on this service at all

I ordered flowers for Germany for Dec 22 and didn't receive them until dec28th, I sent them email cancelling the order on the 25th and they never responded and delivered on the 28th. The they still charged me full price for a service failure that's their fault. I would have been happy with a discount, but they would communicate with me. I highly recommend to use another service.

Ordered a delivery for USA, received confirmation, received a change of item email, received a delivery and charge confirmation. BUT NO DELIVERY. What is going on?

Terrible customer service. Terrible outdated and unprofessional website. I ordered Next Day Flower delivery to Tokyo. They responded by email that the address provided had scrambled characters. That's because their website changes the characters. I provided a response with the correct address. They then responded stating they have been trying to contact me for a verbal confirmation in order to process my credit card. Never have I had to do a verbal confirmation for a credit card transaction. I have had no missed calls on my phone nor any other emails. I responded with my cellphone number to confirm. No response. In their email signature, it states "LIVE CHAT Available around the clock." I have been trying to use it and get in contact with someone since the last email and there is no response. It's now mid-day, and my "same-day" order is still not processed, and no contact. Terrible service. Don't bother with this company.
