This company is a scam. this website needs to be taken down now. they cancelled my order for my wife supposed to be this valentines day. they did not even refund my money. somebody has to pay for this.

This company is a scam!! I ordered Valentines Day flowers for my daughter in the Philippines. I was told they would be delivered by Valentines Day!! Still have not been delivered! They don't answer emails and live chat is a joke!! I am going to call a lawyer to sue this company for fraud!

I have used this site to send my wife flowers in Japan and they always arrived on time. The last order though was nothing like pictured on their site. I sent them a "dissatisfied" message, but received no response. I won't use them again.

1st time I used this it went fine. The flowers were delivered a day early but none the less it arrived. But now 2nd time I've used this service nothing has arrived at location. I'm stumped as what to do now. It's many days past valentines. Very upset with this outcome.

SCAM website, this site took my money and no flower was delivered to the recipient.

This site is a scam. I had the same experience as many others - took my order, charged my card but didn't deliver and I can't contact them in any way. Should have read these reviews before I ordered :-(

This site seems to be a fraud or a rip-off... I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered for Valentine's Day ... so far NO Delivery, NO Reply to my enquiries. NO contact and NO Refund!!! This is not serious at all and should be forbidden to protect other buyers and people trying to send wishes and congratulations (that might never arrive)

Ordered for Valentine’s Day, no delivery has been made despite being billed. They have deactivated their chat support, have no phone number, and are not responding to emails. They also failed to disclose that the transaction would not be processed in USD even though the prices are all in dollars. This resulted in me being charged an unexpected currency conversion fee.
