I just read all the negative reviews. Too late, Ive already ordered for 2 sets of flowers & weren’t delivered yet. They also overcharged. The total bill is not the same. Emails & messages weren’t answered as well. Pls avoid ordering in this website.

Total scam. Whatever you do, do not order from them. Ordered flowers that never got delivered. I hope they get busted.

Do not use this website. They failed to deliver my order on Valentine’s Day even though I placed my order 4 days prior. Now I’m chasing a refund I doubt I’ll receive because no one is replying to my emails. Total scam!!

They are a total scam!!! i understood it really early and succeded to take a refund. Hopefully i will help future consumers..Stay away from this website!!

Do not order from this company. I attempted to place an order for Valentines day for my wife and daughter, never could get any confirmation of my order, no phone number to call, online chat unavailable. Sent email to Richard Fullham requesting my order be cancelled as I found another floral shop who could deliver. Instructed Flora2000 not to charge my card. They ignored my requests and charged me anyway. We did NOT receive any flowers. I have posted comments on their Facebook page along with MANY other angry customers. This company is a fraudulent company and WILL take your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Avoid doing business with this site! They are quick to charge and promise services they fail to provide. Additionally, they fail to reply to email or phone communications. An order was placed on 2/8/2021 for delivery on 2/9/2021, the reason for choosing this site. the delivery has still not been made nor have I been updated along the way. When online chat was initiated I was advised the delivery was not done due to the remote location....hmm a town of 5000 that is a county seat outside of Austin, Texas. I was also told the bouquet ordered was unavailable therefore a dozen roses were being substituted. If I wanted roses I would have ordered roses. I was also guaranteed delivery on 2/11/2021 without fail. Ha! As if the 13th still no delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

wife was supposed to receive flowers today. they never arrived, pretty sure their “live support” doesn’t actually exist. i did get an email that said they will get back to me as to what happened with no mention of a refund.

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews after i did my order so i was very worried. I ordered some flowers and chocolate and a teddy bear for my gf in the Philippines as a valentine gift. I wanted it to be delivered on valentines day, but it was delivered 2 days in advance. Better too early than too late in my opinion. The roses weren’t entirely red like i ordered, but nevertheless it was a nice bouquet and the teddy bear looks good and the chocolate is ferrero rocher like they said. My gf is happy and so am i. Customer service is bad though, i emailed them and no response. If you want to use flora2000 in Phils, it got my recommendation. Less pricy than the others, just don’t expect the flowers to look exactly like the pic.
