I read reviews after placing an order with this company (a little too late!!!!) .... I then tried to contact them to check on the progress and that was an absolute nightmare... there is no phone number just a live chat line which is horrible, BUT.... the gift selection of flowers and chocolates was delivered on time and that's all that counted. Not great customer service, at all, but they did deliver!

Sadly there isn't an option to give zero stars, as the one star I have given them is 1 too many. Awful service! Will take your money and fail to deliver. Then simply palm you off with meaningless excuses for their failures! Avoid!

If I could have given them 0 stars I would! I ordered from them for delivery on 10/22/20. After accepting my order and getting a confirmation, on 10/22/20 in the early morning they tell me they need to confirm my cc! I did that immediately. Then around 3:30 pm they send me an email telling me the flowers were delivered! That was a lie as I was at the delivery address! I emailed them immediately! I didn’t hear back until 5:40PM when they respond to me and tell me that they can’t deliver my order as they are not available! Where I live finding out that late in the day meant that I was not able to go out and purchase flowers for my wife’s birthday! Horrible company ! DONT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!!

This is isn't one of those scripted reviews but to be honest I thought that this website is a scam but still I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I had no choice and to my surprise the experience was great my partner received the flowers on time and trust me it looked really fresh and the flower arrangement was amazing. This was indeed a risk worth taking for since I don't do a lot of online transactions for security reasons but I thank u so much for the reliable service.

Flowers ordered for my birthday but never arrived!! We called multiple times and got the run around claiming the time difference prevented them for following up- for multiple days! Do not order from this company. Just contact a local flower company directly and cut out the middle man.

For nearly a year, I've been trying to get a refund for flowers which were never delivered,. Around 12 conflicting messages have been received. "The flowers were delivered". "The flowers were delivered". "The bell didn't work". "There was no one in". "No 0ne answered" "It was the wrong number" Presumably, fraudulent companies like this are able to go on doing business because one order is enough to keep them in business and so it doesn't matter if people don't return. Save your money and other people's and don't give them that one order.

I ordered flowers for 28th Sept and they delivered on 21st Sept...No response of email queries...Dont know how to reach them...
