At least she got them. I ordered their orange and yellow arrangement and after telling me they didn't have the exact flowers in stock but would match them as best they could for color and value, they sent her pink roses that looked like greenery with roses as an after thought. But at least she got them. I complained but they have chosen to ignore me.

Bad experience with Flora 2000. I ordered through them as they advertised a Christmas day delivery available. However, once I paid for my order, I was informed a day before the delivery that the shop was too busy and my order would not be delivered on the 25th but on the 27th. At this stage I had no other option anymore but wait. On the 27th, I was informed that the shop was closed and my order had to wait until the 28th. On the 28th, I was informed that the shop was still closed and that my order would be delivered on the 29th. This spoiled our Christmas present to an elderly person unfortunately, but Flora 200 did acknowledge the issue which was due to stock and outlet problems and offered a 50% refund on the order. A much appreciated professional gesture.

In more than 20 years of using your services, this has rarely happened, but it has happened twice! While I had placed the order for September 6, 2021, without warning me, you delivered my order 24 hours late. I would have liked to have been warned. It's a misstep, but I generally enjoy doing business with you.

My flower purchase was so beautiful and amazing quick. I am purchasing from Flora2000 for the second time. Unfortunately, my message was not with the bouquet. I followed the website directions carefully and did not make the mistake that it warned about. I was also billed for two orders and days later the second order was reversed without my intervention. Not sure if I will order again.

I don't usually writea bad review, but i guess i have to give this company a try. I normally send flowers to philippines every month for my partner and i use different company to do it so i was thinking to change so i found this one online so i gave it a try and it seems good anyway. I placed my order 23/09 and it says that they will deliver on the 25/09 which is fine. My partner was waiting for delivery so i emailed them and he replied back saying that delivery times is between 9am to 7pm (philippine time) but my order didn't arrive at all so i email them again. No reply nothing! Even the live chat saying that they we're away. This is just giving me stress and that day is our anniversary and she missed the flowers. I was thinking if this company is good i will use this everymonth to send flowers to my partner but it's just unacceptable. This will be the first and last i'm gonna use this flower company. I should have use the one that i'm using before atleast they keep me updated even they are late.

Flowers were delivered to wrong address!!!

I tried to get feedback on the status of the delivery and I received nothing. Live chat didn’t work. There was no attempt to make contact and me let know status of the delivery. The pictures of bouquets don’t reflect what is actually sent. What is delivered seems smaller.

I have been ordering here for the past 6 months. My first two orders delivered on time without any problems. Though this Christmas it did say they would be delivering the flowers from 22-27th due to large amounts of orders being placed. Unfortunately, the flowers that I had ordered came in on the 27th. I decided to order a little early before New Years and they came on time. Holidays are understandable, but of course I would have liked it if they could have come on time. I will still continue to order here and maybe on their holidays. Their customer service is also great and quick to reply.
