This is complete SCAM I cried for my $100. Wokeup early away from home due to the nature of my job and hurried to buy flowers for my wife's birthday and these mfs didn't show up neither did they deliver the flowers. Their website don't load no more and don't know how to claim my money. Stay warned stay away. Complete scammers.

I ordered a set of flowers and cake for my friend's birthday on February 18, 2021. But yea, this company is SCAM!!!! Later then after 3 days of the said date, on February 21, 2021, they sent an email that they will refund back the amount that has been deducted to my account. But as of today, March 1, 2021, still no refund received! Up until now, the amount is still outstanding in my account! So.... What's up, scammers??? For all the people who will order from this company, PLEASE DON'T. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered a nice bouquet to send to a Women who i really wanted impress after our first date and let her know how much i was looking forward to seeing her again. She ended up getting the flowers two days after the original scheduled delivery date, and many of the flowers were broken and they were not fresh. On top of that it wasnt even the selection i had chosen for her. On top of that the message to be included was not even printed properly. I was ashamed of the service i was given by Flora2000 to a special Woman i really wanted to please and impress.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and as so many others.... received NOTHING! No confirmation receipt, no way of communicating with them- the 800 number is D/C, the Chat Line is disabled and the Support and "Richard" emails get ignored! But damn, my card was hit and charged within 3 seconds of the order. This is fraudulent business practice!!!!

This company shouldn't get ANY stars. Total scam and I don't know how they haven't been taken down by the Better Business Bureau. Ordered flowers, charged card, no confirmation number, nothing. Took my money and I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to order flowers!!!!

no flowers delivered on Valentine's day, refuse to answer my emails, live chat has been suspended and the phone number is not connected, last time they get my business. very poor

This company is definitely a scam...Do not waste your time in ordering because your order will never arrive. They will not respond to your email. Very poor and they should be shut down and closed

Please don’t use this company. I ordered fresh tulips for my mom’s birthday. They delivered complete frozen flowers. When I informed them of problem with the order and asked to make another delivery, they play “stupid” - act as there no problem and delivery had been made, no reason to complain. Please be aware this company is a scam.
