I made two orders lately with flora2000. The flowers and arrangements were beatiful. However, first order went 5 days earlier. At the second order, the date was ın time but they sent the same arrangement as the first one, although i ordered a differeng one. I hope next one will be both correct and on right time.

I should have read these reviews before using the company. There was no invoice sent after taking payment. They cancelled my order without notifying me and without any indication of a refund. I spent $100+ for flowers for my granddaughter. REFUND MY MONEY

Thanks a lot for perfect service. The bouquet was delivered on time, even though ordered less than 24 hours prior to delivery. I also had to change the address after making the order and received a super prompt reply to my email + a call to confirm afterwards. Thank you very much, I will definitely use your service again :)

Your website is very easy and practical to use and your clients' services are very fast and secure. Yet I am not impressed with you because of your low-speed page loading website.

First of all, please do not deal with this company. They embarrassed me with people with every order I made. After I complaint many times for late delivery, or incomplete order, or anything, guess what have they done? They canceled my discount coupons. The coupons I already bought and the coupons they offered me as an apology. I hate them. I hate dealing with them. They are scumbags. I regret having an account with them.

Don’t use this company. Ordered my fiancé and 6 year old daughter a candy bouquet and flower bouquet to be delivered in the Philippines. First I was told they canceled the flower bouquet because didn’t have any fresh flowers. Then they said the candy bouquet for my daughter would be delivered on the 6th then got a email saying that there was a lockdown and couldn’t deliver which I understood. That lockdown was over on the 8th and they said it would be delivered on the 10th. Now it the 13th and just got a email that they are not going to deliver it due to restrictions. I was able to have my fiancé go to a local florist and order a bigger and better candy bouquet and have it delivered for my 6 year old daughter with no problem so she wouldn’t be heartbroken and let down because of this company. Now I have to see if I have to fight to get my money back. DO NOT USE!!!!

Delivery was on time., but too expensive for what I saw the bouquet.

I ordered a bouquet of roses and mixed flowers for a friend (cost: $85) - the roses were half dead, there were only 2 carnations and barely any filler. Complete rip off and very disappointing.
