SCAM! My order was canceled with out them informing me and I was not refunded my money. Never sent any emails about confirmation of my order or cancelation.

My wife and I are very pleased indeed with the excellent service provided by Flora2000. They kept us informed when the delivery was going to be sent and when it was delivered. It was very special a handwritten card was delivered with the flowers we ordered instead of a computer print out of the message. We would use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a plant. Flora called me confirming the flower and the planter order. Five days later I see I was refunded the money for the plant as I was checking because it hadn’t been delivered. So Our daughter in Japan isn’t getting the plant I ordered but we didn’t know that, until I did research. That was very disappointing, that nobody contacted us and told us it was a problem with the plant. The flowers were pretty, but the plant i will never know.

Hi Elizabeth. We see that your order 1699099 was placed for delivery country as Japan, however the address you gave was for Kansas city USA and not Japan, cause of which we had to cancel your order. Even the contact number you gave was for USA and not a Japanese local number. We did email you that the order was cancelled & stating the reason for cancellation. Would request you to check your email spam as sometimes our messages may be victims of aggressive filters. Please unspam them. We also see that you placed another order 1699109 for Yokosuka city Japan, which had a correct Japanese address, we did deliver that order as requested by you.

My flower purchase was so beautiful and amazing quick. I am purchasing from Flora2000 for the second time. Unfortunately, my message was not with the bouquet. I followed the website directions carefully and did not make the mistake that it warned about. I was also billed for two orders and days later the second order was reversed without my intervention. Not sure if I will order again.

We surely will get back to you on this. We also see that your other order 1698891 was cancelled as a duplicate order. We suppose this order was placed due to some technical or internet connectivity problem. We detected the duplicate order & have refunded you in full for it. The refunded amount will get back into your account within 8-10 business days. We once again are extremely sorry for the entire incident.
