This is the second time I've been very disappointed by the flowers delivered. They bore no resemblance at all to the site photographs and I had already warned them the first time. I will not be using their services again.

Please understand the bouquets delivered were filled to full value and as per description to ensure the recipient loves them. It’s not always possible to prepare the arrangement exactly like the pictures displayed on the website. Images on website are for representational purpose only, though our outlet tries to make an arrangement very similar to what is shown on the website. Over here they have delivered the order as per specification and of good quality.

I demand a refund for order #1702657. It’s almost been a week since I placed the order. Still no update or emails if it will be delivered. Although they answer thru Facebook DMs, still no progress of my order. Please refund asap. Respond to my emails and messages!

Please note that your order# 1702709 for Mixed Flower Arrangement was successfully delivered. However, your 2nd order# 1702681 for Purple and Pink Flowers has failed card authorization and so is on hold.

After ordering flowers for Mother's Day from another company and seeing the ugly wilted flowers they delivered to my Mum, I was heartbroken and embarrassed. I ordered an arrangement from here to be delivered the following day and I was so happy with it. They saved Mother's Day for myself and my Mum❤

First, I did not receive an email confirmation for my order. Second, I checked the status on my order on the website account and my status said cancelled without even notifying me. And lastly, how does the customer service number not work! You guys charged my account. This is a SCAM!
