What I do not understand is Floor & Decor’s price match and “lowest price guarantee” policy. The exact same product is being sold at another Floor & Decor store in the same state for $1.50 less per sq. ft., yet your store would not honor that price within just 3 weeks of my purchase. If Floor & Decor is willing to match prices from competing companies, then another Floor & Decor store with a lower price should also be treated the same way and honored for a price match. It does not make sense that your own stores can sell the exact same product at very different prices, while customers are told there is a “lowest price guarantee.” Your company promotes a “lowest price guarantee” and claims to match prices, but how does that apply when different Floor & Decor locations themselves are selling the same product at significantly different prices? The Avenel NJ store price is $3.03/sq. ft., while the East Brunswick store price was $4.49/sq. ft., which is the price I paid. If I had purchased the same tile from the Avenel store using a new Floor & Decor credit card, I still would have received the additional 10% discount, bringing the effective price down even further. This pricing inconsistency is misleading and refusal to honor pricing shortly after purchase is misleading and does not reflect a true “lowest price guarantee.”

This company used my stolen credit card card for a huge purchase and I notified them more than 24 hours ahead of delivery . They delivered merchandise to the thieves anyway then they tell me my problem

I had exceptional customer service both times i shopped at the Winston Salem store Nadin and Griffin went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and Art back at the Pro Station truly made me feel like a Pro with his hospitality and his enthusiasm to serve me he really acted like he was my personal concierge think will be doing much more business with these 3 guys I like the way they handle their business i mean you would have thought they were the owners the way they took pride in their jobs . Thank you guy for making me feel special.

I went to Floor&Decor store on Richmond Rd Cleveland OH, where the staff and the Manager Andy are so nice and helpful especially Manuel at the PRO Desk. I’m 100% satisfied how they work out my order. Thank you very much guys.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. RUN & DO NOT PURCHASE FLOOR HERE!!! You will pay thousands for it, hundreds to have it delivered and then the delicery driver won't even leave the product!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE FOR FLOOR!!! Customer service doesn't care. You'll be out $6K with 0 urgency to rectify. Run run run from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointing experience with Floor & Decor’s cabinet process and lack of accountability. When issues arose with my cabinets, the company relied on incorrect assumptions, including claims about long-term storage that never happened, and shifted responsibility away from the actual installation and product concerns. Their own inspection report documented that: “The kitchen cabinets displayed moderate warping, bowing, reveal gap variation, and minor horizontal and vertical misalignment consistent with prolonged exposure to low humidity conditions. The storage conditions and prolonged exposure to dry conditions likely contributed to the observed distortion of the cabinet materials.” Despite these findings, no meaningful resolution has been offered, and responsibility has not been taken for the issues identified even in their own report. Instead, blame was redirected toward environmental conditions in the home, despite having a newly installed, fully functioning HVAC system and no humidity-related issues. There is also no direct installation support from Floor & Decor, which makes it easy for responsibility to be shifted when problems occur rather than resolved. Overall, follow-through and accountability were lacking, and resolution depended entirely on the customer proving every detail independently. I would strongly caution others before purchasing cabinets through Floor & Decor. This is equivalent to ordering cabinets from TEMU!
