I had the pleasure of the Department Manager, Jason Shaw, at the Roswell, GA location help me with flooring options. Jason knows his flooring! I came in to look at LVP flooring and had a lot of questions. He gave me the pros/cons of different brands and their various products. He advised me on the water barrier options that gets installed below the planks. Jason checked inventory on every item I was interested in because I explained I needed the materials asap. My mom is hard of hearing and his patience and kindness toward her was very much appreciated. If I could, I’d give Jason a raise. I did find the manager above him to give him Kudos. Jason is one of the reasons I’ll continue to shop at Floor & Decor.

Working over three sessions with their designers has been so beneficial in narrowing down what we really wanted in our bathroom renovation. Lucy @ the Beaverton store was so proactive and supportive throughout our numerous changes. We may not have ever decided on our dream bathroom without her and the final price was better than we expected, especially after she found a great deal (in store clearance) on some porcelain tile that looked better than our first choice, which ended up being backordered/out of stock. We felt like we won the lottery with the much higher quality in the clearance tile that ended up costing us about a fourth of our original choice. She also searched for options to meet our color scheme and found a set that matched when we thought there wasn't an option that met the specific pieces we were looking for. Thank you Lucy for your dedication to putting it all together!

Went to the store in Pensacola and Alisha did a fabulous job assisting us. We went straight to what we needed . She was a tremendous help and hope to see her on our next adventure!!

This was our first experience with a kitchen remodel. There was so much information that we had to review to complete our project, but we received lots of help from our designer, Santiago, and others in the store. We had picked up more supplies than we needed, but with an uncomplicated return policy, we did not need to worry about running out of supplies, and the return was easier than I anticipated. I got great help from Dionte who helped me unload several heavy bags, checked off all of my returns, and helped me find the one item that I needed to pick up to finish the project. We will redo the bathrooms next year, and anticipate another trip to Floor and Decor for our flooring and tile needs. The entire project took place over several months, but just finishing up now.

When I first walked into the store, I was disappointed that two floor associates passed by me without offering assistance. I even walked past one of them twice, and no one stepped forward to help. When another associate was walking by, I asked for assistance, and she called someone over the walkie-talkie. That is when David from the Wood Department stepped in, and I am so thankful he did. David was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Instead of simply telling me that my project was outside of his department, he took the time to help me and point me in the right direction. David loaded the porcelain tile onto my cart, explained the additional supplies I would need for my flooring project, and took the time to explain the difference between grout and thin-set. He even helped prepare my receipt so that I could have a smooth checkout experience for when my husband picked up the supplies. What stood out to me the most was David’s genuine willingness to help. He went above and beyond to assist me with something that was not even part of his department, especially when no one else stepped up. His customer service, knowledge, and professionalism truly made a difference. David deserves all the stars and recognition for the way he represents this company. We need more employees like him. In my opinion, he has the qualities of a great leader and would make an excellent manager. Thank you, David, for providing such outstanding service!

I bought marble for 2 bathrooms for my home several years ago and noticed that several of the marble pieces had cracked. Brooke an excellent employee there listened to my problem and stayed with me throughout my hour in the store offering her help on what I should do since the marble pieces were put down on an uneven floor. Floor and Decor gives you a brochure to contact contractors to install the material. I walked in Floor and Decor already defeated and left because of Brooke with hope for a good resolution! Thank you Brooke for your concern and help! You made my day! Best help I have had in a long time!

It was the only place where I found the product I was looking for available for pickup. The other stores only offered delivery, and at double the price I paid. The staff are very friendly and helpful
