Put in a personal cell phone policy, if there not on there phones they will be more attentive to customer service.

This is for the Floor& Decor in Dearborn, Mi. I spent $506 last week. The young worker had zero knowledge of the products and today when I had ro return 2 items, I discovered he failed to give me a receipt. They do not have a system that can pull up your credit card like most stores, and refused to let me show them that it was withdrawn through my account and gave me a store gift card tat I wont use. Avoid this store and go to Ypsilanti location instead. They are not helpful.

Careful. They are the KINGS of redirection. We ordered a very expensive vanity- when we picked it up we were told we couldn’t unwrap it-when we got it home & found damage we were told we had to report before we left. Store sent us to manufacturer- they sent us to store. Argh!!!

The service is unbelievably slow — it’s almost a joke. It feels like the management is trying to run things in some way, but the staff are in a terrible state. The person who went to collect our order picked up the wrong items, so our order was incorrect. I honestly don’t understand how they operate like this. This is far from professional.

The service was good picking out the product. The delivery was poor. I checked online for my order and it was canceled. Went back to the store to find out why with no explanation but they stated the order would be in next week. Then the next day I was contacted stating the order was here. I had to reschedule the installer twice. The delivery said they would give me a 4 or window. However, the window was 8 hrs.

This review is about the Devon, PA location. For selection, I'd give this place 4 stars. But I've been in there twice where staff members were either rude and/or rude and lazy. And when you spend a lot of money, you don't want rude! I bought some engineered wood flooring that is very pretty, was a great deal as it was on sale and about 1/2 the normal price. But my contractor pulled up to load it in his van, and the guys dropped the pallet right in front and refused to load it into the van. All other cars and vehicles we saw were being loaded, but the guys were lazy and didn't want to do their job. It took a complaint to the store manager, and threatening to have them refund all my money, before it was then loaded in the vehicle. My contractor's been using that place for many years, had sent many customers there, including me, and was very, very upset about this. He's pretty chill, so it takes a lot to set him off. The next instance, I've been back and forth at least 2 dozen times getting samples for a backsplash. I finally decided on "the one," and went to purchase it today. I was made aware at the register that you could not bring back any extra tiles unless it was a full box, even though I was buying loose tiles because they did not have a full box. It made absolutely no sense! I phoned my contractor to double check the amount he needed, to ensure there was as little waste as possible. An employee named Tim listened in on my conversation, took it upon himself to be offended by us not being happy about their return policy, and yelled at me and was very rude. Again I needed the manager and was ready to leave the product. There is no reason for someone to eavesdrop on my phone conversation and then interject himself in that conversation. There is no excuse at all for being rude to a customer who was not even talking to them! So I can recommend this place for its large selection. I had expected to buy more flooring for my basement there, but will now seriously rethink that and see if I can find it somewhere else. I know what I want, so I can buy it elsewhere. It will depend whether or not the price is good enough. You don't need to shop, especially when dropping a lot of money, at a place where they don't respect their customers and don't appreciate their business. On an extra note, I will say that Dan was very helpful in finding me the tile I had come in for in the back, when there was not enough on the shelf. And Zach is the manager who smoothed things over twice.

Thought I had found a good quality laminate floor but within 3 months it start chipping. Now less than a year after installing have at least 5 noticeable chipped area's. Some different patterning on a lot of the boards which I contacted the store about and was told it was just the way the boards were made. Very noticeable on quite a few of the boards. Should have returned all the product at that time but already was in the middle of the install. Beware of Aqua Guard not as good of quality as advertised. Bad thing is there is no way to replace the bad or different pattered boards without pulling up half the flooring...

After spending $4600 on floor and wall tile they would not budge in refunding $115.71 on tile I took back because it was beyond 3 months. They gave me a store gift card instead. My bathroom project was done. I had nothing else to buy and a credit back on my Visa would have been best. I have another bathroom to remodel and I will never go back there again for anything. Not even to use the $115.71.
