Got stuck with extra product because i went past 90 day return window. I bought 21 boxes of flooring for a 3 room DIY project. Unfortunately it took 4 months to complete the project. I tried to return 2 boxes of extra product with no success. They did offer me $3 per box as a penalty, on an item i paid $83 for. i could understand if it was an item they no longer carry, or if i bought it during a closeout sale, but that is not the case. They still had 60 boxes of the same item in stock.

Great place with large selection of tile. Their overhead music is so loud, obnoxious, and deafening that one cannot even think while in store. I asked if it could be turned down and was told it was controlled by corporate. The staff is not friendly. Find a new music service! Even my teenage daughter was complaining. It appeals to no one.
