I ordered and paid for flooring and had a contract to start. I got a voicemail saying that they had given it to someone else. I was told to pick out something comparable. Price went from 2.50 sf to 2.99 sf. I was told that they could only cover .25 of the extra cost. So when I make a mistake I pay for it, when they make a mistake I still pay for it. Will no longer send customers to that company again nor will I purchase anything from them ever again. Screw me once, shame on them, screw me twice, and shame on me.

The person who helped me at the Greensboro store was very helpful. My problem is with the price match guarantee. They would not match the price on a sister store or an online store even though I bought the tile’s online.Many of the tiles had a large curve in them that made it difficult to get th

Thought I had found a good quality laminate floor but within 3 months it start chipping. Now less than a year after installing have at least 5 noticeable chipped area's. Some different patterning on a lot of the boards which I contacted the store about and was told it was just the way the boards were made. Very noticeable on quite a few of the boards. Should have returned all the product at that time but already was in the middle of the install. Beware of Aqua Guard not as good of quality as advertised. Bad thing is there is no way to replace the bad or different pattered boards without pulling up half the flooring...

After spending $4600 on floor and wall tile they would not budge in refunding $115.71 on tile I took back because it was beyond 3 months. They gave me a store gift card instead. My bathroom project was done. I had nothing else to buy and a credit back on my Visa would have been best. I have another bathroom to remodel and I will never go back there again for anything. Not even to use the $115.71.

Terrible pick up experience, would give no stars if I could. Told it would be ready in 30 minutes for pickup, came back in 2 hours. Order not started yet. Come back in 30 minutes. Told they are short staffed and giggling about it. Not funny to me. See ya!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rosanna Duran from Floor and Decor as our designer, and I must say she exceeded all expectations. They never showed up for an appointment to do an estimate. Such a waste of time.

Floor and Decor has tons of options for essentially any kind of flooring at a seemingly great price, however, I've found the quality is just not there. We recently ordered 2 different types of "custom" transition strips to go between our carpet and hardwood. The pieces were made of the thinnest, cheapest plastic and all 4 strips broke/snapped when we attempted to snap them into place. Most transition strips are wood or metal, especially along the inside track. Spend hundreds of dollars and can't return them because they are broken. I do not recommend getting any sort of flooring "accessory" from Floor & Decor. If you just need hardwood, vinyl plank, tile, carpet, without anything else, you might be ok.
