Anyone going to the Knoxville Tennessee Floor and Décor store should ask for Courtney if they need any help. I recently had the most amazing service from her. I have never, anywhere, since I’ve been alive, seen anybody care as much as this person did for me when I needed to order a 94” piece of chair nose. our local stores here in Virginia didn’t have this exact one that we needed. The Knoxville store had a few of them so I called to order it and have it shipped it to me. This is when she went all out to help work through several roadblocks. there were some issues because of the length of this piece of chair nose. But Courtney didn’t just say, “I’m sorry, there’s no way we can ship it to you.” She went over and beyond to figure out a way to make this work out for me and she did it! I could go on and on about all of the intricate details of this transaction that took place that she didn’t have to do, but because she cared - like really cared- about helping me, I’m just left speechless. My experience with Courtney was like finding a needle in a haystack when it comes to customer service! She personally took a picture today of the FedEx tracking so I can see when it’s most going to be delivered hopefully to me. I really think if there are awards for the best employee in the Floor and Decor Co. that she should win the grand prize!! Thank you so much Courtney I’ll never forget what you did for me. 😊

Today my wife, who is 8 months pregnant, went to Floor & Decor of Roper Mountain Rd - Greenville/SC to buy two boxes of ceramics that were missing for our project. She asked the cashier to call someone to help her put the items in the cart, but the cashier didn't do it. My wife had to fend for herself. After making the payment my wife asked the same cashier for someone to help her put the two heavy boxes in the car, but she ignored my wife and pretended not to hear her. We are Latinos and we have always been treated poorly by this cashier at the floor & decor store on Roper Mountain Rd - Greenville/SC. After this event we intend not to return to this store again.

THE COLONY TEXAS FLOOR & DECOR Sad to say that Floor and Decor will not help with loading materials on to the basket or cart. I asked at the register if I could get some help loading 2 each 4x4 tiles and was told they cannot help with loading on to the cart or in my truck. So I asked about getting the guys to get it ready and I would pickup at the loading dock. She said sure, and proceeded to make the order only to be told I could not pickup until the next day. Very disappointed with the customer service, especially when I have spent thousands of dollars at Floor and Decor! I ended up loading the 2 - 4x4 tiles on to the cart myself and taking out to my truck and loading on my truck alone and in the rain! ALL WHILE THE EMPLOYEES (MEN) WERE JUST WALKING AROUND DOING NOTHING!!! NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMERS!!! Ray S.

Steer clear of this place and use tile dealer local to your area! I placed an order on 2/10/24 for 2 pieces of Schluter that were supposed to be in stock in their warehouse. It is now 2/29/24 and the order shows that they are still prepping the order. Really for 3 weeks? I called customer service and was told that "special orders" take 28 days. Nothing like that was stated on the website when I placed the order and I received absolutely no communication with an estimated date. When I checked with the local store they told me the order was on the way. Obviously they don't have clue about what is going on. I am doing 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen. I ordered tile for one bathroom and have been trying to order tile for the second bathroom and it has been a nightmare because they cannot figure out how to get enough tile for a 5x7 bathroom. They expect you to go from store to store to pick up tile until you have enough. They can't ship from a warehouse. And each store manager selects the tile the store will carry so it is catch as catch can. If you are shopping at one store and their is enough tile in a store in another state....well you figure it out because they can't. Logistics is not their forte. The executive management of Floor and Decor have no idea what people want or how they shop so their business model is basically crap and your are left to figure it out for yourself.

This has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Went to the store in Sacramento, no one provided any assistance to us there. Online, the hardwood we found could not be ordered and shipped to the store. Turns out it was discontinued somewhere in the few weeks between visiting the store and attempting to order online. The phone number they ask you to call is not in service. I was hoping to use their contracted installers, but read so many awful reviews, I decided against using them.

Recently purchased Bruce Flooring. On the shelf we were one box short. Went to cashiers desk and iman ( hopefully didn’t misspelled her name ) jumped into action a retrieved a forklift and secured the area. She wasted no time and so courteous to work with. Her positive attitude was appreciated. I appreciate her and deserves the recognition. Keep up the great work

Had an excellent experience at Floor and Decor in Bellingham MA with Design Supervisor AJ Edwards. If you are in need of a designer who is the FULL package, she is the one you want! I needed help with a messy renovation where I had to blend old and new and I found this woman to have more knowledge than those I spoke with in several top name tile stores.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was at the Moorestown, NJ store today 2/20/2024 at around 11:30am to buy the very expensive Schluter Flooring Systems. I was directed to the Pro Counter to get some information on available products. . The two young ladies at the counter could not have been LESS INTERESTED in helping me. One of them could barely lift her head from her phone to acknowledge . I immediately left the store and will spend my money elsewhere
