From the time I walked into your store in Tempe Arizona, Romeo was asked to assist me with my questions! He immediately listened to my needs which began the process of helping me find the products for my home project! Romeo took the time to explain the entire tiling process and what supplies I would need to finish my project! Romeo even offered some valuable information regarding my tile selections! The Tempe floor and decor store should be extremely proud of this employee, Romeo. His customers service skills were impeccable. Thank you again Romeo, for your support and attention to my matter. I will certainly return to the Tempe store for any future projects for the floors in my new home!

Excellent sales people, Miss Carrion and Solorzano are great. The problem is with the pick up area is a big mess. I place and pay my order on Monday and on Saturday the order wasn't ready. Got here at 9.00 am and is 10.00 am and still waiting for these people to put the tiles together. Very poor service.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had with your store's materials and professional service. As a customer who was eager to transform my home with new flooring, I expected a positive and seamless process. However, my encounter with Floor and Decor fell far short of my expectations. Material Quality: The first major issue I encountered was the quality of the flooring materials I purchased. Upon installation, it became evident that the products were of subpar quality. The laminate flooring I selected had visible defects, including uneven edges and discolorations. This not only compromised the aesthetics of my space but also raised concerns about the longevity and durability of the flooring. In light of my experience, I strongly urge Floor and Decor to reevaluate its commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a positive and reliable experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

My name is Albert I have been a customer since the store open in Avon Massachusetts I came to the store from Boston to make a purchase of almost 1500 dollars and I have a pro account they usually give a hat or a bucket this Manager Name David said the buckets are not to give out, I have always received a bucket when I have a big project. He was helping a customer that didn’t purchased anything and I was standing behind this guy for over 30 minutes, did not like his service at All.

I went to the store in Gainesville, Florida.I had 4 bathrooms to remodel and replace tile.The manager Calvin was very helpful as well as Kelsey the designer and Katherine at the register. So, we replaced ALL of our upstairs flooring and downstairs flooring with LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring from Floor & Decor in 2020. It was not the cheapest grade. Within the first 6 months the groove and tongue edges were already breaking. The warranty on the product was 10 yrs. After just over 1 year we contacted Floor and Decor and they sent someone to come and look at it and determined that it was an "installation problem". We did not install it ourselves, but had a professional with much experience install it. I would also like to mention that our son had LVP from Home Depot installed just days after we did, with the same installer and has not had one single issue with his! We spent over $7000 on the flooring at Floor and Decor and they completely dismissed our problem as an installation problem. We have replaced all the flooring in our basement with a Home Depot product, and I just haven't brought myself to emptying my whole upstairs again to replace the upstairs Floor and Decor flooring. But today (3 years after the install) a piece of the flooring just flaked off! I would never want anyone to make the same big mistake as we did with purchasing flooring from Floor and Decor! It looks nice if you never walk on it, but for any other purpose it is a complete waste of money!

Floor and Decor in Salt Lake once again saved the day! And it was Jessica who helped my find and load out the product we were searching for. Gotta love F&D!!

This was our first time visiting a Floor & Decor Store. It has just opened in Madison Alabama. It was a great experience! We were assisted by a gentleman named Fred. He was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He asked all the customers we passed if they needed help. If they did, he called a team member to assist them. We will be shopping there again! Great customer service is getting rare it seems, but at Floor & Decor, they clearly take it seriously. Thank you Fred for a great shopping experience!
