I spent more than a month working with them. They told me I didn’t need a city permit to remodel the bath. I checked with my city and you of course need a permit. Then Donna, the manager and Erica (she coordinates actual installation) stopped responding to me. All that time, they do t have a clue nor do they follow regulations and laws. Go elsewhere. They’re awful.

I just wanted to leave a review for Aidan at the Draper Utah store. He really went above and beyond to help me. I came in with an idea and he helped me get everything together and boxed up so that I could drive 3 hours home. He was professional, and helpful. Thanks Aidan!

Garrett met me at the door and took ample time to understand exactly what I had in mind. He then walked me from product line to product line pointing out the small differences the items. Very courteous and knowledgeable!

Tonight was the first time I ever went to the FloorDecor in Toms River. As I entered the store I was greeted by this energetic young man named Dean. He directed me to the area I needed to find flooring for my kitchen. He then introduced me to this amazing woman named Debrah was had excellent ideas in design. She was extremely helpful and very professional. She introduced me to Michael who was strong and helpful. Next I met Joel who checked me out and brought Tom L who assisted in loading everything in my car. These wonderful employees should be recognized for spectacular service.

Tom at the Pro desk was 1st class service !!! Tom is now the only reason I shop at F&D from now on for my flooring. 1st class service, definitely a huge asset to your company.

I purchased some flooring for my home from Floor & Decor. James the young man that helped me was very professional and showed me a few options I had to stay within my budget. He also explained to me the thickness of the flooring with price comparisons. Keep up the great work James, thanks for making my flooring purchase simple.

The service was good picking out the product. The delivery was poor. I checked online for my order and it was canceled. Went back to the store to find out why with no explanation but they stated the order would be in next week. Then the next day I was contacted stating the order was here. I had to reschedule the installer twice. The delivery said they would give me a 4 or window. However, the window was 8 hrs.

I want to thank Lionel at the Brookhaven, Atlanta store for being so kind. He was patient with all my questions about flooring and gave concise, clear information. And his sense of humor made it fun. What a gem!
