Floor & DecorReviews of flooranddecor.com

I do not recommend doing business with this company! I was given false promises multiple times by multiple managers over the course of a month while trying to get my order delivered when the order was finally delivered in multiple trips it was damaged and I had to drive it back to the store to get replacements where the new manager was extremely rude, showed zero compassion and zero sympathy for all of the inconvenience , frustration and lies that I had to go through for the month of chaos I recommend you look at the BBB site there you will find horrible reviews about this company I wish I had looked before doing business with them.

Shannon Lee at Floor and Decor on Barrett Parkway was so helpful. She helped me choose my tile and my grout with an expert eye. So glad I got to interact with her!

Do not purchase Nucore Performance waterproof rigid core flooring! The interlock system is cheap and breaks. They will not stand behind their product if you do not put a moisture barrier down, even though the problem had nothing to do with moisture.

Bought some tile for backsplash, was not as described. Put some up anyway, but it didn't work. We took back 3 and 2/3 boxes back, they would not take back the partial box, even though you can buy tiles individually. This is a bad business practice and I will never buy a another tile from them.

I went to the E. Broadway Blvd. store in Tucson to buy an 18" square tile to roll out pie dough. Dillon was wonderful, he helped me find the tile, gave me some $$ off because it had a chip, which was not going to affect my needs at all, and then he carried it out to the car for me and put it in the trunk. I brought 2 pie boards with me from Colorado 2 years ago, but I couldn't find either one. Now I'm all set. Thanks Dillon - you're the best!

Worst experience ever. Floor and Decor accepts no responsibility for their Installation Made Easy operation that provides contractors to do your installation. All American Floors, LLC started the demo work on the tile part of the floor and after 4 hours decided it was more work than expected. They said removing the subfloor and replacing it would be an option. I said to give me an estimate. The owner instead placed a change order on the original contract as I after the fact realized was their way of abandoning the job. Original labor was almost $2000 and the change order was over $1900. I didn't approve and expected the job to be completed as contracted. But they know the system that Installation Made Easy has built in that requires any "Change Order" to be approved before work can be completed. Sneaky way to let the contractor off the hook. And of course Installation Made Easy accepts no responsibility either. DO NOT use Installation Made Easy or do so at your own risk. Floor and Decor was also useless in addressing this situation.

Do not use the service provider they recommend, Installation Made Easy. Working with them was one of the worst experiences of my life. Floor & Decor recommends then won't get involved when Installation Made Easy screws things up royally. Installation Made Easy acts like they're providing the actual in-home service, but really they just pass the work over to a pre-arranged general contractor. That general contractor will then subcontract the bulk of their work to a subcontractor. In some cases, the subcontractor will subcontract again. The general contractors do horrible work, they lie, they're terrible to work with, and worse in some instances. If you go back to Installation Made Easy, they refuse to do much, if anything, saying they're not a contractor. Installation Made Easy hides behind the fact they're a middle man company that merely helps you find a contractor they hand pick. Bottom line is - stay away from Home Decor and Installation Made Easy. They're all utterly incompetent, and you'll live to regret stepping into the store in the first place.

Floor and Decor sells flooring and then discontinues carrying it. That helps their profitability when a prior customer needs some replacement flooring and now has to replace entire rooms. On the other hand, it money gouges their customers. For anymore reading this review I HIGHLY recommend avoiding doing business with this firm
