Walking into Floor & Decor in Saugus MA can be a bit intimidating—an enormous warehouse packed with flooring and tile as far as the eye can see. I was on the hunt for hardwood flooring, and since it’s a significant investment, I was genuinely nervous about making the wrong choice. That’s when I met Prince. Originally from Australia, Prince is not only friendly and professional but also one of the most knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful associates I’ve ever encountered. He took the time to listen, asked all the right questions, and guided me through options I wouldn’t have considered on my own. He shared smart ideas, clear explanations and helped me feel completely confident in my choices. Because of Prince, I’m now planning to invest in real hardwood floors and a full bathroom remodel. You can do the math—this wasn’t just a sale, it was a relationship built on trust and expertise. Floor & Decor is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Prince representing their brand.

F&D is a Godsend with their extensive selections and affordable pricing. The designers at two San Antonio locations (free design service!!!!) helped me through a stressful time deciding on tile and flooring for my 3 bathroom house. Much more helpful than the designer I PAID to assist me. THANK YOU to Valerie at the 410 location, and Sarah at Live Oak, who each went well beyond the one-hour timeslot to take good care of me.

We went to Floor & Decor at the Nashua, NH location to select tiles for our Guest Bath and went with Tracy Cavanaugh, our design consultant and had the most pleasant experience! She was very professional and knowledgable of our needs for a bath upgrade steering us in the right direction. We love the completed look of our Guest Bath and are very much looking forward to completing the upgrade on our Master Bath with Floor & Decor.

Floor Decor Gretna has absolutely horrible customer service, attentive personnel, and a complete lack of knowledge for more complex transactions. If you go into that store location for a simple transaction, like buying a bag of grout, or spacers, or some boxes of tile you are fine. Other transactions relating to my 10k countertop purchase is completely different. The staff is not educated on dealing with the 3rd party vendors the company uses. My wife and I drove to the Covington LA store and had a great customer service experience with a well trained and knowledgeable staff. The Gretna location does not respect it's customer base and it starts at the top with management, regional managers, and a horrid lack of training. I only deal with this location for pickup for my sub contractors, otherwise I would not spend a nickel in Gretna. My preference is to spend where I live, I'm doing my part attempting to spend at the Gretna location, however, Floor and Decor Corporate is failing consumers in certain geographic locations. I just need to see my project through to completion, and AVOID spending my $ where customers are not valued. I would appreciate having this conversation live with the Gretna store manager, the regional manager over tjis location, or anyone from corporate who is interested in providing quality service to their customers.

Floor & Decor (Charleston, SC) would be given a zero rating if possible, as it was not a positive experience for us. We drove over 3 hours to this location to specifically pick up tile that was ordered online. The tile that was pulled was not what we ordered, even though we were instructed online to wait for the tile to be processed to ensure it was available. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, EFFORT & MONEY! Although the Tile Manager (Tom) did provided a hasty refund, his indifference to the situation and non-apology only supports our horrid experience with this location. The Charlotte and Clearwater Stores, when visited, showed the utmost in customer care and concern. The only saving grace at the Charleston SC location was the service provided by Cindy (customer service pick up) and Fatima (front store cashier), otherwise, training or dismissal would be the best resort for the uncaring, unapologetic Tile Manager Tom! This leaves a very bad impression of Floor & Decor - Charleston, SC!

I have been shopping for tile for quite some time, I went in to the store on March 15, 2025, and I was given some samples to take home, we bought the samples, we returned the tile less than 24hrs and they refused to refund us 23.00 wanted to give us store credit, because there was no receipt, My husband showed the transaction on the bank, but we were still refused a refund, I do not want to accept store credit because I will not be shopping there anymore. Furthermore, I was in there a week ago and no associate prompted me for help until the store was getting ready to close. Even though it was a 23.00 transaction I will not be taking my business to the store on Constitution Drive in Virginia Beach.

I was at the SW Littleton store as I had set up an appointment with Julie to finish finalizing my order. When I got there Paula asked if she could help and I said I had an appointment with Julie at 10:30am. She informed me that Julie was not in but she could help. We went through the items and she got the order finished, paid and I picked up all the stuff that I needed. Julie had indicated 2 days before she would be working on Wednesday so not sure what happen. Paula did a great job and I was so glad that we were able to finish it as I was heading out of town in a few days.

Jason and Donovan at the Austell, GA store were so terrific in helping me pick out tile and then they loaded it into my vehicle. Great customer service!!
