He is funny, knowledgeable, professional, and he gets problems solved. He has helped us on two occasions, We are extremely impressed with how professional and Intelligent he is. I am renovating my apartment and was searching for quartz for my counter top, and also for my backsplash. After going back and forth, up and down the isles, a very nice young man, whose name is Deonte at store # 130, came up to me and offered to be of any assistance. He was so patient and helpful, and made the process of choosing the right colors for my kitchen. He helped me narrow down my choices, and in a short period of time, I was on my way. What a wonderful asset to Floor & Decor Deonte is, and I know he works well with the customers.

I purchased DuraLux Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring from Floor & Decor, trusting their "warranty" and claims of durability. Within just a few months, the flooring started cracking, chipping, and delaminating, even though I followed all manufacturer installation guidelines. The locking system completely failed, making the floor structurally unsound. When I filed a warranty claim, Floor & Decor hired a biased inspector who: - Refused to test the actual flooring product - Only took one subfloor flatness measurement per room (on top of failing planks) - Ignored major structural failures like the broken locking system - Failed to follow ASTM industry testing standards Despite clear warranty contradictions, including a clause that explicitly states "moisture will not affect the flooring’s integrity", Floor & Decor denied my claim, blaming “moisture” and “installation” without providing real proof. They refuse to define what qualifies as a manufacturing defect, making it impossible for consumers to receive warranty coverage. After repeatedly disputing their bogus denial, Floor & Decor simply shut down communication and refused to engage further. I even filed a BBB complaint, and they completely ignored it. The BBB just confirmed that Floor & Decor never responded, which is exactly what they do to hundreds of other customers with valid claims. Their strategy is simple: deny, delay, ignore, and exhaust the consumer until they give up. They refuse to honor their own warranty and rely on deceptive business practices to avoid issuing refunds. If you’ve been scammed by Floor & Decor, file complaints with: - Better Business Bureau (BBB) (They already have hundreds of ignored complaints) - FTC (Federal Trade Commission) - Your State Attorney General’s Office - Consumer Protection Websites (PissedConsumer, RipoffReport, Trustpilot, etc.) DO NOT BUY FROM FLOOR & DECOR. They do not stand behind their products and will fight you every step of the way to avoid honoring their warranty. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I shop at the castlelton store and the last 2 times I have been helped by Shawn who goes out of his way to help out his customers.

We were so impressed with Connie at the 52nd street location in Arvada, CO. She is extremely gifted at design. She helped us pick out grout and tile for a 7 bath home. Love her decisiveness, kind spirit and years of experience with color and design. Thank you Connie!

On Monday, January 27, 2025, this manager, Ashley with ann associate, entered my private residence without my knowledge or consent while a contractor was working. She proceeded to walk through my home, claiming she was looking for tile that had been delivered. No one gave her permission or the right to enter my home and invade my privacy by WALKING THROUGH MY ENTIRE HOME ROOM BY ROOM!!! This unauthorized entry is a serious violation of my privacy and property rights. At no point did I give permission for any Floor & Decor representative to enter my home without my knowledge nor was I made aware that such an action would take place without my consent!!!! Her conduct has caused me significant distress, and I find it completely unacceptable for an employee of your company to behave in this manner.
