Buyer beware! Their product is junk and they do not stand by their warranty, my previous kitchen had floor from another company after selling the house eight years later the kitchen still looked shiny and brand new. Less than two years later with floor and decor the clear finish has worn off in big patches and their “independent Inspector“ said it was from dog scratches. What an insulting report I had the dogs at the last house Dog scratches wouldn’t leave big patches of dull marksmanship . The bottom line is they don’t stand by their warranty and they’re overpriced for cheap junk.

We had a great experience to purchase the wood floors and tiles with Mr Babak Farhadi as a senior designer in the manassas store in VA. He was extremely helpful and provided great customer service to us on 08/2025. He is amazing and knowledgeable about the products. We appreciate his services. Thank you

Wonderful service and follow up. Morie Pines from the South Ft Myers store is the designer we worked with and was very very helpful in helping us make sensible, practical and beautiful decisions on all of our tile and porcelain decisions. Her follow up was also incredible as we were working with her from 1,200 miles away. We recommend working with Morie Pines designer and Floor and Decor.

Good selection and prices. I found exactly what I needed for my powder room project. The staff was helpful, but it took a while to get assistance. Overall a solid experience — I’d shop here again. — Mary Winslow

I want to give a big shout out to Abe El Said at the Arlington Heights store. An tile exchange trip turned into a streamlined guidance on selection of tiles. we were impressed with his knowledge, willingness to help and spend time, no rush attitude and hear out what we had to say. If you are planning on remodeling, I strongly recommend Abe for your designer need.

I purchased 20 boxes of vinyl plank flooring on 1/4/25. The warehouse team loaded it vertically instead of across the back of my SUV, so that when traffic suddenly stopped it all flew forward, came between the seats and jammed into the dashboard and broke the gear shift. Car had to be towed, and gear shift replaced (nearly $1000). I had a concussion and neck injury from the impact. I called them right away, documented everything they needed. Their third party insurer dragged it on for six months, asking for more information, and then just issued a flat denial. They were completely negligent but accepted no responsibility. So they cannot be trusted to do the right thing by customers. The warehouse guys are paid to do it right, but they didn't and the company did not accept responsibility.

BUYER BEWARE! We recently completed a bathroom remodeling project using materials we purchased from Floor & Decor. The contractor is a veteran bathroom remodeler who is registered with Floor & Decor. Most of the tile looks fine. However, the quality of the floor tile that was recommended by their Senior Design Consultant is very poor. It has several unsightly chips in some of the intricate design of the tile. These chips were not noticeable until the grout was installed. I brought pictures of the problems to show the Senior Design Consultant, who agreed that the floor looks horrible. She kept claiming that they never had any issues with this type of tile, at which time I had to remind her that they needed to change our original order due to problems with a similar tile design. She agreed that something should be done, asked me to send her pictures and committed to getting back to me. After 3 more messages and over a week of waiting to hear back, she finally got back to me to tell me that her manager said they could not do anything about it. If this is the type of product and service they stand behind, I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company. We're about to start a much larger master bathroom project and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I went to a Clermont’s Fl store and was received very rudely by the design member whom I made an appointment with. She didn’t even sit with me or show me anything. Completely rude and dismissive. Never had such experience at any other store that do kitchen design even Lowe’s and Home Depot are much better with their team. I think her name was Pecisila.
