FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

I have to admit, even with positive reviews I was still skeptical about ordering some glasses. However, I am certainly glad I did! The glasses came when shipping and tracking said it would, they came packaged up nicely in a wonderful glasses case. They even came with a little tool kit! My glasses are light and fit perfectly. So far my prescription seems to be perfect as well! I am very impressed and will definitely be ordering here again for my wife when she gets her prescription upgraded!

Just received my order in the mail and I’m in love w/ my glasses! Great pricing for fashionable frames. Delivery took a little longer than expected which they did mention (because of valentines day) but it was definitely worth it!!!

I recieved my new glasses today and they are perfect. Awesome customer service and timely with the shipping I will definitely recommend firmoo

I placed my order on Feb 4 and i have still not received my glasses. It's been 2 weeks and i havent heard anything. I also called CS and it's always "busy" and no one picks up. I dont think i will ever order form here again. Gave 2 stars only because the price was good but since i havent received them i cant really speak on the glasses themselves.

shipping in time and within the expected date (i.e. for Itay 5 to 7 working days). no complaints on the product.

My CSR (Molly) immediately and generously responded to my needs and was more helpful than any other customer service agent I've ever interacted with. Purchasing from Firmoo was worry-free and I will definitely be a return customer!

Great value - excellent products at way below market prices. Terrific customer service, fast delivery. Can't ask for anything more.
